In this extract from Murray Denning's Search for Radionic truths, he discusses the radionic techniques and inventions of Darrell Butcher. Butcher was unable to effectively utilize the radiesthesia pendulum response nor the stick pad on standard radionic instruments, he developed nearly self operating, autonomous radionic instruments. "Working with one possible geometrical shape of the magnetic fields that Walter Russell described in A New Concept of the Universe, we were able to apparently demonstrate the transmutation of water vapor into fluorine and nitrogen as reported in Fulcrum, Vol. 1, #2. In further unreported experiments, we succeeded in transmuting nitrogen into hydrogen and several other elements.

These experiments differed from what Russell described in that we were using vacuum tubes and vapor as opposed to tubes with “a few millimeters of water” in them. We reasoned that Russell must have had incredibly strong tubes to be able to withstand the tremendous pressures that water heated to red hot temperatures would produce and that the same phenomena could be produced under vacuum and in a plasma state with lower pressures.

Russell heated the tubes, thrust them into the magnetic field arrangement to cool down and from the evidence of lab results achieved transmutation of water into nitrogen. Russell stated that he achieved the transmutation of water into seventeen different results where, “in every case the resultant gases differed”. By these means, he was able to vary the amounts of transmuted hydrogen, oxygen and nitrogen.

Russell stated that by shifting the field arrangement and/or the polarity strengths he was able to prolate or oblate the oxygen nucleus into nitrogen or hydrogen and vice versa. We found by shifting the shapes of the magnetic fields with our “transmutator” after heating our gas samples in the emission photospectrometer by running an electric current through the plasma and then allowing the heated gas to cool down in our magnetic field arrangement, we were able to demonstrate transmutations as identified by photo emission spectroscopy.

In June and July of 1994 with the funds that had been donated to the Russell Science Research by Barbara Edwards and Frances Allison, Ron Kovac was able to assemble and bring on-line a computerized mass spectrometer (CMS – also called a residual gas analyzer). This device gives the most widely accepted irrefutable evidence for the transmutation experiments that we are doing."

Nikolai A. Kozyrev was born on September 2, 1908, in St. Petersburg, Russia to Julia and Alexander Kozyrev. As a young man, Kozyrev aspired to become an astrophysicist and he subsequently was admitted to Leningrad University where he received degrees in physics and mathematics. Upon graduating in 1928, Kozyrev pursued his post-graduate studies at the Pulkovo Observatory where he conducted astronomical observations that subsequently proved to have profound and far-reaching implications. One of Kozyrev's discoveries was that Sun spots extended beyond the Sun's surface and that the center of the Sun was hollow and rather cool. Kozyrev concluded that it was #scalar energy that powered the Sun and was subsequently responsible for solar phenomenon such as Sun spots.

Kozyrev theorized that the interaction of time with substance was responsible for the power generation of the stars in the universe. He observed that scalar energy was spiralling energy that was in itself a "flow of time," that acted upon the #ether in order to generate power for the stars. This theory has been proven as scalar energy is now recognized as a phase-conjugated double helix that does indeed spiral and accordingly acts upon the ether-the fundamental particle of the universe in order to create physical matter such as the stars. This sublime process is responsible for the geometry of the universe. All physical forms are created and maintained by scalar energy instructions.

Kozyrev dismissed the accepted belief of thermonuclear fusion and devoted his academic career in order to prove that scalar energy was instead the source of energy for stellar activity. Unfortunately, Kozyrev's brilliant research was interrupted when he was arrested in 1936 during the reign of terror of Joseph Stalin and was subsequently sentenced to consecutive prison terms resulting in a total of 11 years in a concentration camp. During these years of brutal imprisonment, Kozyrev continued to theorize the spiral movement of scalar energy as the animating force responsible for imparting intelligence and thus geometry upon all matter in the universe.

Upon his release from prison in December of 1946, Kozyrev was able to once again immerse himself in experimentation and discovery during the remainder of his illustrious career. Telescopes were developed and utilized by Kozyrev that were capable of registering scalar energy emitted from the stars. Kozyrev observed that scalar light from the stars far exceeded the accepted speed of light of the electromagnetic energy spectrum, hence, the true, real-time position of the stars could be detected by Kozyrev's telescope. Whereas, conventional observations that utilized the electromagnetic spectrum in order to interpret information from the stars revealed the past position of the stars. Kozyrev observed that scalar energy emitted from the stars had velocities billions of times greater than the electromagnetic speed of light. This observation served to establish the fact that scalar energy pre-exists as a connection between the stars and the Earth and that this pre-existing connection is responsible for instantaneous velocity as well as instantaneous communication between the stars and the Earth. That is, the pre-existing connection of the stars with the Earth proves that the universe is a hologram whereby all points are interconnected and therefore instantaneous velocity, as well as instantaneous communication in the universe, are the norm by way of the scalar energy spectrum. Kozyrev postulated that time was, “a mighty flow embracing all the material processes in the universe, and all the processes taking place in these systems are sources feeding that flow.” In conclusion, Kozyrev's observations point to the fact that scalar energy transcends time and space as the universe utilizes the Life Force in order to communicate with itself instantaneously.

"It is known that already in 1894, long before the official introduction of color negatives and photos by Western companies, the Pole organized exhibitions of his color photographs, becoming a pioneer in this field. Rychnowski was also involved in medicine, conducting research on the harmfulness of tobacco and alcohol, as well as finding the source of cancer, which, in his opinion, was caused by damage to the body at the cellular level! If the medical world had accepted this fact earlier, it might have been possible to avoid the problems that this disease still causes today. Rychnowski was also the first to provide the correct principles of operation of the human nervous system, stating that the spinal cord is an electrolyte that conducts signals in the form of electric charges."

His work integrated the orgonomic discoveries of Wilhelm Reich with the spiritual science of Rudolf Steiner's anthroposophy, and Dr. Ruth Drown's founding works in radionic treatment, leading to practical applications in weather modification.

Rather than publish detailed plans, Constable emphasized that practitioners must develop personal understanding of etheric forces and sacred geometry. His legacy continues through bioarchitectural approaches that incorporate etheric energy principles into structural design, exemplified by projects like the Guru Charan Tirth in Pune, India, where geometric forms and materials create harmonious relationships between built environments and natural system.

I have already called your attention to the basis upon which rests the perception, the subjective experiences of temperature. We really experience the difference between our own temperature and the temperature of the environment, which, indeed, is what the thermometer does — I have drawn this to your attention. But perception depends precisely on this that we have within us a certain condition and that which lies outside this condition constitutes our perception. We cannot be a thing and perceive it at the same time. But we must always be other than the conditions we are experiencing. Suppose we consider tone. Insofar as we are tone, we cannot experience tone. If we would answer without prejudice the question: what are we as experiencers of tone, we come to the conclusion that we simply experience one potential difference while we are the other potential difference. We experience the Y - X′ difference; we do not experience the Y - Y′ difference because that is part of our being in time. It accompanies our perception of tone. It is an orderly inner chemical process in our fluid nature and is a part of our being. What causes chemical effects within us produces certain orderly effects in the world itself. It is by no means without interest to picture the following to yourselves. You know well that the human body consists only of a small degree of solid constituents. More than 90 percent of it is water, what plays through us as a delicate chemical process while we listen to a symphony is an inner continually phosphorescent marvel in this fluid nature. We are in our inner nature what these chemical processes reflect from tone. And we become aware of the tone world through the fact that we are chemically the tone world in the sense I have presented to you.

Our understanding of man himself is really much broadened, you see, if we bring an understanding of physical problems to bear on the human body. But the thing we must strive for is not to form abstract concepts of which physics is so fond today Rather, we must force our way through the concepts really woven into the world, the objective world.

Fundamentally everything that spiritual science is striving to bring into the conceptual world and especially what it is striving to do to promote a certain way of thinking, has for its object to bring back into human development thought permeated with reality. And it is indeed necessary for this to happen. For this reason we must prosecute vigorously such studies as have been presented here during the last few days.

We have in every case tried to emerge from the old theoretical point of view and enter into a point of view that is real, so that our concepts will be saturated with reality. This will yield technical results quite different from those attained up to the present. Practice and theory hang together inwardly. And when we see in any one case what reform is needed as in the case of physics, for instance, we can understand what must happen. Since the time has come when we must separate, I wish to emphasize that I have only indicated to you in these lectures what you are to see, to stimulate you to develop these things further. You will be able to develop them. Our mathematical physicists, whom we have among our number will be able to give new life to the old formulae. And they will find, when they apply to these old formulae the ideas I have indicated to you, that certain transformations can be made that are real metamorphoses. From these will grow much that will be of enormous importance technically for the further development of mankind. This is, of course, something which cannot be gone into in detail, but only can be indicated at this time."
