Linus Feiten published a study critiquing Paul Emberson's work in JUPITER, Vol. 7 (2012). The aim was to review several of Emberson's claims attributing specific statements to Steiner which had yet to be located in any traceable source in the published or unpublished record. Emberson had severed all connections with the Goetheanum after they introduced a computer with internet into the building, and every subsequent effort to reach him was met with silence. The main question to be addressed is whether Steiner intend for people to begin developing mechanical occultism now or to rather wait until the conditions imbued through social threefolding make its safe application possible?
Steiner consistently asserted that future machines will be driven by the vibrations arising in the human organism itself. In Berlin, January 1906, he stated: "The mechanical and the moral must interpenetrate each other, because the mechanical is nothing without the moral. Today we stand hard on this frontier. In the future machines will be driven not only by water and steam, but by spiritual force, by spiritual morality."
The American inventor John Worrell Keely (1827 to 1898) may have been the first concrete figure Steiner connected to this possibility. Keely's motor worked, but only when Keely himself was present, because the force arose from vibrations specific to his organism and his moral constitution, and only persons with an altruistic morality could operate such etheric oscillatory machines without causing "great destructive mischief." Early laboratory research toward this technology, carried out by Ehrenfried Pfeiffer and Guenther Wachsmuth in Dornach under Steiner's instructions, was suspended for precisely this reason: the social conditions that would prevent misuse did not yet exist.
Steiner placed this technological capacity within a threefold division, assigning mechanical occultism to the English-speaking peoples of the West, eugenic occultism to the East, and hygienic occultism strongest among the peoples situated between East and West. The character of Dr. Strader in Steiner's Mystery Dramas (1910 to 1913) developed a machine with the intention that "the powers of technology will be distributed in such a way that every man can use with ease what he requires for work in his own home, which he has shaped himself," yet by the fourth drama the machine fails. Alice Fels records Steiner's remarks during rehearsal: "Ahriman is a greater, more significant spirit remote from any petty intrigue. There really is a fault in Strader's plan and Ahriman has spotted it through his superior intelligence. The destructiveness in Ahriman's scheming is in wanting to undermine confidence." The fault is real, not a deception.
Steiner stated the importance that a breakthrough in this technology come within twenty years of his time, that is, by approximately 1944, yet this was apparently not achieved. Nothing in Emberson's argument makes sense without first understanding how he divides all machines into three types.

- Atomic Technology covers all electromagnetic and nuclear technology including computers and the Internet; it "is connected with that which is lifeless in us: with our finished thoughts and with those forces of mineralization and death in our brain and nervous system which correspond to the subphysical, electrical forces of the atom."
- Resonance Technology, briefly realized in Keely's devices, "is connected with living, moral sentiments in our personal soul-life" brought into interaction with mechanical processes in external machines.
- Moral Technology "stands in relation to the spiritual forces of the human 'I'" and carries these forces into living processes in the outer world: "The machines of Moral Technology have life in them." It is through Moral Technology that those human beings who achieve selflessness will survive the War of All Against All, anticipated around 7,900 AD, and repopulate the next great phase of human evolution, just as a select group of Atlanteans survived the Great Flood.
Emberson traces where Atomic Technology came from, spiritually speaking from Steiner's lectures, in From Gondhishapur to Silicon Valley. In 666 AD, the Academy of Gondhishapur in the Near East was overshadowed by the Sorat, the two horned beast of the Apocalypse, whose plan was to inspire the academy's scholars to every discovery humanity would otherwise arrive at only by 3,600 AD. Had it succeeded, humanity's entire future developmental potential would have been consumed in a single epoch.
Harun al-Rashid's brilliant court in ninth-century Baghdad carried the remnants of that brilliance forward, and Harun al-Rashid himself later reincarnated as Francis Bacon of Verulam (1561 to 1626), who became the great popularizer of materialistic science and, according to Emberson, received the inspiration for binary code directly from the Sorat. Who knows if this is true or not without having the personal percepts themselves, no matter what, this is heresay, interesting nonetheless. That binary code, the loom punch card technology of Basil Boachon of Lyon around 1712, the discovery of electricity, and the soul forces wrung through torture from the Knights Templar beginning in 1306 were each successive steps in a single guiding impulse toward the computer and the World Wide Web.
Steiner described on May 13, 1921 in Materialism and the Task of Anthroposophy: after the reunion of Earth and Moon, the materialistic thoughts of human beings that "have no reality all of a sudden become realities," and the earth will be covered "as if by a network or web of ghastly spiders possessing tremendous wisdom" whose beings "will imitate everything human beings have thought up with their shadowy intellect, which did not allow itself to be stimulated by what is to come through new Imagination and through spiritual science in general." The materialistic communications encircling the planet in binary code through fiber optic cables, the chilling cold of data centers, and the fear saturating surveillance culture may already be early precursors of that spider-like network, if one holds to Emberson's interpretations of Steiner's indications.

Emberson's research organization, Anthro-Tech pursues two streams: building toward moral technology on one side and documenting the destructive character of existing electrical technology on the other. For example, the Harmogyra, a resonant mechanism conceived by Paul Emberson, rotates simultaneously about each of the three spatial axes, is tunable to impulses arising in the human soul and governed by musical laws, including the production of chords. The winter 2006 issue of Anthro-Tech News reports that the Harmogyra calls forth sympathetic etheric vibrations in the rhythmic system of the observer, creates a field of etheric forces similar to those in the human being, and connects with etheric soul-forces in the observer. Visitors arriving with no prior knowledge reported the same chest sensation independently; some wept. Anthro-Tech reads this as early evidence of the central operating principle of Moral Technology: human feeling and mechanical oscillation beginning to act upon each other.
On the destructive side, Anthro-tech conducted research within s Faraday cage for several hours to over several days produced a marked change in thinking and a different quality of meditation, suggesting the cognitive damage from artificial electromagnetic radiation is reversible when removed.
Emberson describes the Internet as inherently evil because it is built on binary and square wave bursts, making it a vehicle solely for ahrimanic and luciferic impulses, and assumes Ahriman takes possession of Steiner's own work the moment it appears online.
The second research stream involves exposing how computers actually work through historical archive research in France by Hugh Whistler and constructing a large scale physical model of a central processing unit. For context, Steiner himself acknowledged that the printing press was an ahrimanic invention that would affect the nature of intelligence, yet cautioned that students of spiritual science would have to make use of books as aids to memory, "for otherwise the art of printing would be delivered entirely into the hands of the most powerful enemies of the human spirit." Joel Wendt, in his review of Emberson's work extends that same logic directly to the Internet: "My feeling is that Mr. Emberson goes too far here, as following that view would wholly deliver this tool into the hands of the enemy of the spirit. What is needed is an understanding of what the computer and Internet are, and how to use them without being naive to the risks."
Emberson's fears about electrical technology are not baseless but they seem absolute and entrenched in fear rather than Steiner's impulse of working through these things as there is no running away from Ahriman. The Gondhishapur genealogy and Steiner's own warnings about electricity as fallen, condensed light thrust down into subnature are worth entertaining as concepts. The ideas Steiner has laid down for the nature of light, electricity and the atom have been discussed ad nauseum here. Yet it is only considered evil in this view, if the false concept is attributed to the nature of electricity. Without perceptual organs for this force we are lead to studying its effects
What becomes a problem is the absolutism with which those fears are expressed, and the epistemological source of that absolutism is examined by Joel A. Wendt in his review of From Gondhishapur to Silicon Valley. Steiner specified in his Anthroposophical Leading Thoughts that Anthroposophy is not a path of knowledge in any passive sense but a path of cognition, Erkenntnis, an active inward act by which the thinker unites percept (experience) and concept (thought) in the soul through their own living activity. The mere reading of a Steiner text cannot produce this union because the reader lacks one of the two required elements: the percept-experience. Where a reader remains passive, the material descends from understanding into belief, and Anthroposophy quietly becomes what Wendt calls "Steinerism," a religious worldview resting on deferred authority rather than living cognitive work.

Steiner himself expressly disapproved of being used as an authority for any conclusion; the Michaelic Cosmic Intelligence was present as a living force when he spoke, and once the content entered the page it died. Large general assertions about Sorat, the ahrimanic double, secret brotherhoods, and semiliving computers arrive in Emberson's text broken up by Steiner quotes assembled to lend the authority of the great initiate to conclusions Emberson reached through his own largely subconscious soul activity. Steiner, when addressing comparable subjects, characteristically circled the topic from multiple vantage points before arriving at a higher picture, always conditional and context-dependent; Emberson proceeds in a straight line from strongly held mental images to citations selected to confirm them, what Wendt identifies as perceptless concepts on a large scale: thoughts severed from the percept-experience that alone could verify them. A pointed example appears on page 131 of Emberson's first volume, where a Steiner quote on electricity contains the phrase "when one learns to view it from a particular level," a conditional Steiner placed there deliberately and that Emberson passes over without comment because acknowledging it would have undercut his conclusion.
In Meditations on the Taro, Tomberg warns if one is to contemplate evil too closely, without standing at a sufficient objective distance, one draws the soul toward communion with what it seeks to examine and sacrifices its vital forces in the process.
The most serious objection Feiten raises is evidentiary: specific statements Emberson attributes to Steiner cannot be found in the published or unpublished record, and Martin Schüpbach, former chairman of Weleda AG, wrote to the Mathematical-Astronomical Section in May 2010 that after visiting Emberson in Les Sciernes he "could not see any research project" and received no experimental data despite repeated requests. Just as telling is what Emberson never mentions: David Black's 1981 work The Computer and the Incarnation of Ahriman, which anticipated the central themes of Emberson's books by nearly thirty years. Black distinguished between a micro incarnation, Ahriman embodying in a single human body in the third millennium, and a macro incarnation, Ahriman and his hosts gradually embodying in computers and AI technology; both themes, along with the loom technology and the Hollerith census computer's evolution into IBM, appear fully developed in Black's work before Emberson wrote a word on the subject. Black and Emberson even published articles in the same 1988 edition of the British journal Shoreline, which makes the omission hard to explain.
Wendt points directly to the Open Source community as concrete evidence against Emberson's picture: "the moral power that puts this tool to use in countless wise ways" is visible to anyone who looks, and the whole of civil society uses it to bring, step by hard step, more moral sanity into the world. Software writers and the technical creators who build the physical aspects of this tool have struggled through genuine moral effort to make something that helps humanity; to tell them the devil runs their work is, as Wendt states, "a terrible and unjustified judgment to place on another human being." One of the deepest imbalances in Emberson's vision is that Christ and the Divine Mother appear to be sitting this one out on the sidelines, leaving the entire field of the future of humanity to evil demonic beings, a picture Steiner's own placement of the Mystery of Golgotha as the central redeeming gesture in human affairs directly contradicts.

Without the Internet, access to Steiner's work itself would have reached far fewer people, including myself. The healthiest forms of mechanical occultism should avoid electricity, but that is not an absolute statement toward the delivery of information nor the general use of technology as practiced today. Steiner closed the original preface to The Philosophy of Freedom with a sentence that speaks directly to where Emberson's thinking went astray: "One must be able to confront an idea and experience it; otherwise one will fall into its bondage."
Having written this commentary, I still find Emberson's work of immense value for grasping the inner workings of technology in light of some of the historical threads connect them. Of utmost importance is if one can put light upon his blindspots, contradictions and absolutism on some topics.

Flow Design through Biomimicry
https://paxscientific.com/
“Conventional technology creates shapes to induce flow. PAX technology employs flow to create shapes.”
Water and air spiral along a mathematically consistent path, and almost no industrial equipment is built to follow it. Jay Harman spent years observing natural flow processes before founding PAX Scientific in 1997, first applying what he observed to boat design, then extending it to fans, mixers, pumps, and water purification at industrial scale. PAX calls this the Streamlining Principle: designing equipment geometry to match the path fluids already follow rather than forcing fluids through geometry that resists them, consistently delivering lower energy consumption, reduced noise, better turbulence control, and lower manufacturing costs across every application. That principle drives the PAX H2(O) system, which uses no membranes or chemicals, operates at low temperatures on water of any salinity, and pairs with hydrogen electrolyzers and renewable energy to form a localized Distributed Water Resource targeting shore installations, micro grids, and emergency response scenarios. It has been demonstrated for the US Navy SBIR program and won the final phase of the US Department of Energy's Hydrogen Shot Prize. The PAX Water Mixer circulates 10 million gallons on the same energy as three 100 watt light bulbs, built around the "Lily" impeller, and became the most specified mixing solution in North America for municipal storage tanks.
Fans consume 22 percent of global electrical energy, and PAX Air targets that directly by applying patented blade curves to appliance, refrigeration, HVAC, computer cooling, and transportation markets, producing less noise and smaller motor requirements for equivalent output. PAX Mixer brings the same logic to rotary and static inline mixers for agriculture, petroleum, pharmaceutical, and beverage industries, covering fermentation, catalysis, and product blending, with lower energy use, very low shear, and superior blend times. It has also been modeled for atmospheric destratification in mega cities, offering a low carbon path to clearing the dense air layers that trap pollution at street level. The consumer expression of all this is Flair, a portable fan running at 6 watts whose ring vortex circulation destratifies room air and cuts heating and cooling costs by more than 25 percent per room, using up to 85 percent less electricity than conventional fans of the same size.

In Eric Dollard's Lone Pine Writings he names Bach as an musical analog to some of C.P. Steinmetz's work.
I will resume posting tonight. I needed a big break from technology.
It was also suggested to start a discussion group specifically about what I post on this channel. The group will be public and will serve a different role than the private group. This is for you all to discuss the posts on the channel.

Birkeland Currents & Weather | Donald E. Scott
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7dAbd0KhEo8
Solar Birkeland Currents drive Earth's polar winds and those winds shape weather. Scott's 2015 model shows that undisturbed plasma naturally organizes into self-containing cylindrical tubes of counter-rotating, coaxial helical flows, a structure confirmed by the auroras of Earth, Saturn, and Jupiter. Five years of monthly altitude observations revealed a top-down atmospheric chain: the current regulates Earth's net charge through the polar magnetic cusps, adjusting its direction seasonally as Earth moves closer to and farther from the Sun. At each lower atmospheric level, the wind flows grow slower and more irregular from friction with surface geography.

Donald E. Scott: Birkeland Currents & Weather | Thunderbolts
Our planet's polar wind patterns are driven from the outside—not by any surface or internal Earthbound processes or 'dynamos'. The main external source of these polar winds is the varying strength and direction of the Birkeland Current stream of electrically…

Jason Verbelli on the Searl Legacy & the Extinction Shift Principle |TEC with Matt Presti
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E-WwqLblsRM
Jason Verbelli is an independent researcher and experimenter who has spent over a decade as the sole employee of SEG Magnetics working to validate John Searl's Searl Effect Generator as a commercial venture, alongside researching the Extinction Shift Principle of Edward Dowdye.
John Searl developed a magnetization process that, rather than using high capacitive discharge to saturate a metal into standard north and south poles, imprints a magnetic waveform into the field itself. In physical rotation, this waveform repeats as an AC subcarrier sine wave. The device draws free-floating electrons through a neodymium rare earth lanthanide core in three dimensions, regulates their flow via a dielectric layer acting as a dam wall, and outputs that energy as a coherent current without heat, at the equatorial plane like Saturn's rings. Electrons enter in three dimensions and leave in two. The surrounding temperature drops as energy is drawn from the ambient environment rather than converted from heat. Searl himself first demonstrated these principles as a teenager, powering his house for years undetected before the electric company confiscated the device, his wife destroyed his belongings, and BBC cameras documented his work in 1967 and 1968 on footage that now sits unlocated in the BBC archive.
Dr. Edward Dowdye, a retired NASA engineer and mathematics professor credentialed in atomic physics, optics, and satellite systems, published "The Extinction Shift Principle" in 1991, reformulating classical physics to show that no fourth dimension, no Lorentz transformations, no time dilation, no dark matter, and no big bang are required to explain light and gravity. The mechanism is absorption and re-emission: light from a distant source reaches a medium, is extinguished, and a secondary wave packet is produced by the absorbing electrons, which is then extinguished again at the next frame of reference. No observer ever sees original light from any source, only the re-emitted light produced by their own frame. Einstein himself stated that if the velocity of light depends even slightly on the velocity of its source, his entire theory collapses, and Dowdye's model demonstrates exactly that dependency. Walter Russell's wavefield model, laid out in "The Universal One" in 1926, arrives at the same place independently, describing a two-way compression and expansion universe in which light does not travel but reciprocates from wavefield to wavefield, published a few years before the big bang model entered mainstream cosmology.

The Discovery of the TRUE 3D Magnetic Field - Halbach Array | Magnetic Orbitals
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MJnod3UFN6w
"For the first time in history, the true 3D magnetic field of a Halbach array has been experimentally mapped and reconstructed using magnetic field tomography with a precision Hall-effect sensor.
The Halbach array is one of the most important magnetic configurations in modern engineering. It is used in electric motors, brushless motors, magnetic levitation systems, particle accelerators, MRI systems, and high-efficiency generators because of its unique ability to concentrate magnetic flux on one side while canceling it on the other.
Until now, its magnetic field has only been represented through simplified 2D diagrams and textbook field lines. In this video, Marsio Salcuni applies the Magnetic Orbitals method to reconstruct the full three-dimensional structure of the Halbach array magnetic field, revealing hidden polarity merging, interaction zones, and geometric transformations occurring over millimeter-scale distances.
Through fixed-angle magnetic measurements and a complete magnetic “CT scan”, the field is visualized layer by layer, exposing structures that traditional representations cannot show.
This experimental reconstruction provides deeper insight into magnetic flux concentration, field asymmetry, dipole interactions, and practical magnetic engineering applications."

Evidence of Plant Intelligence - The Bizarre Polarity of Plants - Rupert Sheldrake
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SgYLbH56ldw
"It has long been thought that plants do not have the capacity to think because they don't have a brain or a central nervous system. But little is known about plant consciousness, let alone our own consciousness. In this episode, Rupert Sheldrake, PhD, presents the curious phenomenon of polarity in plants. There is a natural, inherent polarity in plants that is expressed in roots and shoots, but the polarity is present all the way down to the cellular level.
Rupert Sheldrake demonstrates a number of experiments that detail just how bizarre this polarity is. His experiments focus on Auxin, the principal growth hormone in plants, and reveal that polarity has nothing to do with gravity, cell division or age. There is a mysterious influence that acts within plants that pushes auxin in one direction, from the shoots towards the roots. This directionality is even maintained when the plant is grown upside down."
