It's extremely rare these days for somebody to have any well formed extra digits, much less a full set... but once upon a time it wasn't quite so rare.

1 in 500 to 1,000 babies are born with a little nub of an extra digit and these are naturally trimmed off... because the potential is now blended throughout our DNA and watered down?
