I just now realized how weird it is, the reason I broke up with one of my first boyfriends. I was 12. It was the year the cuilverse was created, around this time. I couldn't fight what was happening each night and I couldn't tell him (couldn't tell anyone, but especially not him). He was only 12, too. I made up the excuse I just wanted to go back to being friends... I'm not sure if I ever did tell him the truth. Just... what kind of kid has to do that? And why was that the choice I made? I mean, I know why, but how did I know that was even an option?

Heh. Funny thing is, when we met again as adults, he ended up calling me a whore.

21 years ago. Curious. Lifetimes ago and yet right here right now, too. At least it doesn't hurt anymore. My past, future, and current self are all high-fiving right now. We did alright in the end.

Undisputed new favorite movie blows anything else out of the water; I almost swear it was written by myself cuz it's the queerest, funniest, cuilest thing I've ever encountered. Hits all the right spots and is traditional without catering to rigidity.

For me, it's a perfect film from the cast to the music to the most affirming double entendres I've found outside the cuilverse.

Once Upon A Mattress is the hidden gem I never knew I was looking for. Regular degular looking main characters for the most part, gorgeous set work, and I finally grok the whole birds and the bees thing folks go on about.

Riotous good show. It tickled not only myself, but all my characters as well, and that's... never been done before.

I want to do it again!
