"The Last White Man" by Robert E Howard. This is an incomplete manuscript published in 1965 issue of Adventures in Science Fantasy 30 years after his death.
Robert E Howard was a fucking dragon. You gotta watch this right now. Trust me.

I scroll through a ton of threads and forums related to pulp and weird fiction. Most of the base of enjoyers like digging up little gems from very old magazines. It's almost like how metalheads collect obscure albums from decades past.
But every once in awhile I'll stumble on some pozzed retards. What I find fascinating is how much these people put energy into creating "new weird" and "new pulp" movements. Always with some soy slogan of "pulp without the baggage" or "socially conscious weird". Where they clamor about how much they love the old genres but have to rewrite them without the "problematic" themes.
And they don't just mean the casual racism and staunch traditional presuppositions of early 20th century dime authors. They have a problem with the structure of pulp itself. Having heroes at all is exclusive to them. Having violence at all is a promotion of harm.
In having heroes or good guys this implies that there is an excluded marginalized "other" and by foiling their evil plots you have failed as a writer to exemplify compassion as the highest virtue.
As you can guess, none of these stories are ever good and they don't even read them. There's socially conscious writers with tens of thousands of followers but for some reason only have a 3.5 rating out 5 total reviews. They don't even like it.
Just like everything else, these people don't even like pulp to begin with. They're just missionaries for their soycult trying to spread their mind virus.
The unfortunate part is these normie indie operations who aren't hardened enough to tell them off end up with an infestation. The moment they put out something that the soycultists don't like they swarm them. Giving the illusion that their customer base is in upheaval when in actuality none of the morally panicked mutants financially contribute at all. Thus angering their real audience and leaving them with a failed upstart and pile of debt.
Don't ever let anyone tell you you're "limiting your market". Limited targeted market is always superior than one-size-fits all. It means more loyalty from your audience and better business in the long run.
If you let these freaks anywhere near you ever. They will eventually poison your well. Chase them off day one.

Happy Thanksgiving to my fellow Americans.
We are the sons of frontiersmen. Those who sailed the ocean to cultivate the new world.
By musket and scythe we tamed this wild continent. Ruthless winters, man-eating beasts and bloodthirsty savages couldn't stifle us.
In the end, not even the furthest, most treacherous depths could escape our reach.
This Thanksgiving let's not allow ourselves to fall into self hate about degenerate capitalism.
Instead let's dig deep and remember the old America and our fierce ancestors who conquered it.

I personally haven't read Dauntless but quite a few Boglords highly recommend it.

As someone who has read the first edition of dauntless, I can highly recommend the book. Mainly I would recommend it as a gift to a friend or relative.
I wish that I had read this when I was 15 to 17 when I just began to get redpilled.
For a lot of you people here it will most likely contain information that you already know but dauntless keeps it's teachings mostly within the realm of practicality and the path of action. It doesn't delve to deep so it's good for beginners and folks like myself who tend to overthink things.
I'll order a copy of the new edition for my little brother and probably one for myself in time. Hail

"This is why you're here. Why you've sought this place. In your world they have scoffed at the imaginative. Every child has their inspiration methodically cut from their souls as if it were a cancerous growth. Leaving a population of walking corpses with no hope nor vision. You've built a prison around yourselves where the only truth is material and the only accepted thoughts are increasingly meaningless abstractions. Your world has been sterilized by science. And to fill the void they participate in more and more masochism. They have no heroes, no true innovations and no forward thrusting spirit. Stagnant insectoids numbing their intellects with narcotics and screens. But as long as this key exists, those who desire it may remember how to dream."
