A caveat.
You have to enslave your own people. Because eventually a bunch of cucks are going to come along and free them.

In order to help falling birthrates, the Korean government proposed a plan to have girls start school earlier, with the rationale being that the age-gap upon graduation would make girls and boys more attracted to each other.
However, the plan was almost immediately thrown out for being "regressive and sexually discriminatory", and seeing women as "reproductive tools".
This is why no feminist-controlled liberal democracy will be able to survive population crash, because any meaningful solution will be seen as offensive to women, and thus abandoned as a threat to re-election.
