⚡️🇷🇺🇺🇦⚔️ Situation in the #Kherson Direction at the End of 13 Nov 2022⚡️
Ukrainian formations continue to consolidate in positions abandoned by Russian forces.
#Primorskiy Section:
▪️ The 2nd and 4th Battalions of the 28th AFU Mechanized Brigade were moved to #Chornobaevka, the 208th Air Defence Brigade and 406th Artillery Brigade to Tomina Balka and #Stanislav areas, and MANPAD firing groups to #Belozorka and #Kamyshany.
▪️ Major General Kovalchuk of the United Grouping of Troops visited #Kherson after Ukrainian troops took control.
He was accompanied by officers from 83 TsIPsO (Centre for Information and Psychological Operations) to carry out propaganda against the backdrop of the Russian withdrawal, as well as journalists from various Western media of the US, UK, Poland and Romania.
#Berislav Sector:
Units of the 17th Tank Brigade, 46th and 80th Separate Airmobile Brigade, 60th Separate Infantry Brigade and 9th Consolidated Batallion of the Territorial Defence of the AFU have regrouped along the #Dnipro River and taken up positions from #Berislav to #Kherson on the right bank of the river.
▪️ On the opposite bank, informants and pro-Ukrainian citizens in #Kherson Oblast are monitorong rge movements of the Russian army in #Korsunka, Novaya Kakhovka, Severnaya Kamyanka, #Kairy, #Gornostaevka, #Zavodovka, Bolshaya Lepetikha, #Zapovitnoye, #Tavriysk, #Shotovka, #Ivanovka, #Shiroky, #Skadovsk and #Aleshki.
🩸 As soon as the regrouping and filtering measures among the residents of the #Kherson area are completed, a large part of the units will most likely be transferred to other areas.
Residents of the Ukrainian-controlled part of #Kherson Oblast report the formation of an assault force for an offensive on #Melitopol. It currently consists of eight combined battalion-tactical groups.
After the capture of #Kherson, the direction of #Zaporozhye is of paramount importance for the Ukrainian leadership in the short term.
The capture of the #Zaporozhye NPP, the interruption of the supply route by land to #Crimea, the blockade of Russian forces on the left bank of the #Dnipro, the regaining of control over part of the Sea of Azov and probably an attack on the flank of the Russian army in #Donetsk are the goals of the AFU.
And the freed resources from #Kherson are a great help in achieving this goal!

🩸 Ukrainian units are consolidating on the right bank of the #Dnipro. The AFU command moved some regular AFU formations to other parts of the front abd replaces them with Territorial Defence fighters.
▪️ One platoon of the 9th Composite Battalion is moved to the vicinity of #Belozerka, and a company of Territorial Defence to #Novokairi.
▪️ Four companies of the 5th Composite and 3rd Mechanized Battalion of the 28th AFU Mechanized Brigade have taken up positions at the #Chornobaevka airfield and in #Antonovka.
▪️ The forces of the 59th Separate Motorized Infantry Brigade have crossed the #Ingulets River via a pontoon near the Daryevsky Bridge and occupied the #Nikolskoye - #Novotyaginka line.
▪️ Over the past 24 hours, eight tanks and ten armoured vehicles were moved from the #Bereznegovatoye railway station to the Krivoy Rog area. Five more tanks will be transferred during 19 November.
▪️ Engineer-sapper teams of the 28th AFU Mechanized Brigade are continuing demining operations. Over the past three days, more than 20 people have been blown up by mines in various districts of the region.
▪️ In #Snigirovka, the commander of an AFU demining company blew himself up while defusing an explosive device. The dead and wounded are being evacuated by army aviation helicopters.
▪️ Journalists from the British television company ITV arrived in the #Kamyshany settlement to film staged reports on "liberation of Kherson from the yoke of occupation".
