⚡️🇷🇺🇺🇦⚔️ Situation in the #Soledar Direction until 14:00 on 10 Nov 2022⚡️
#Bakhmut Area:
▪️ The Wagner PMC assault troops continue to storm Ukrainian positions in the southeastern part of #Bakhmut and in the #Kurdyumovka area. The "Wagnerians" have advanced towards #Andreevka and #Kleshcheevka.
▪️ #Bakhmutskoye has been completely cleared out, and Russian troops are close to #Soledar. Heavy fighting is also taking place for the village of #Belogorovka, where half of the settlement is currently under the control of the musicians.
▪️ To deter the Russian offensive, AFU artillery crews are shelling the areas of #Ivangrad, #Zaitsevo and #Mayorsk. Reinforcements were moved to the contact line to reinforce the 53rd and 54th Mechanized Brigades of the AFU.
▪️ Due to significant losses in personnel and equipment, the command of the Operation Task Group Soledar plans to withdraw the 93rd Mechanized Brigade from the #Podgorodnoye - #Soledar - #Yakovlevka line for restoration, starting on 16 November
▪️ In addition, preparations are underway for a partial withdrawal of personnel of the 30th AFU Mechanized Brigade from the vicinity of #Bakhmut. The positional defence areas of the two Ukrainian formations will be handed over to separate units of the 24th Mechanized Brigade.

The Russian forces continue the withdrawal and a huge part of the units were moved to the #Dnipro left bank along with equipment, so the info that appeared on social media at night about the alleged tens of thousands of troops remaining in #Kherson does not correspond to reality.
#Belgorod Oblast:
▪️Ukrainian militants shelled border villages. A substation was damaged and there were temporary power supply problems in 6 settlements, no casualties.
#Starobelsk Direction (MAP):
▪️The Ukrainian command is pulling down its reserves and preparing to resume an offensive against the Russian positions along the #Yagodnoye - #Orlyanskoye line in the #Kupyansk area. Enemy reconnaissance UAVs are operating near #Olshany and #Kislovka.
▪️ On the #Svatovo front, units of the 22nd Battalion of the 92nd Mechanized Brigade and the 233rd Battalion of the 128th Territorial Defence Brigade of the AFU tried to advance on Russian positions in #Kuzemovka. Russian forces repelled the attack, forcing the Ukrainians to retreat to their initial positions.
▪️ Ukrainian militants shelled #Svatovo using HIMARS MLRS, damaging residential buildings and civilian infrastructure, including an asphalt plant.

▪️Russian troops have withdrawn over two thousand pieces of equipment, but some of the broken armoured vehicles had to be left behind due to lack of sufficient time to repair or mine them.
▪️Ukrainian units are gradually occupying settlements along the line of contact. By the evening, Ukrainian forces had reached #Kiselyovka, 30 minutes' drive from #Kherson. The pace of the enemy's advance has been slowed due to landmines set up before the retreat.
▪️ There were communication, power and water supply problems in #Kherson in the morning.
▪️After 22:30, Ukrainian units shelled the Antonovsky bridge in #Kherson, and some time later hit the #Kakhovka hydroelectric plant. Some of the shells were intercepted by Russian air defence assets.

➖ The attempt to gain a foothold in the populated areas was repulsed and the units of the 53rd Mechanized Brigade were pushed back to their initial positions. At least eight people were killed and more than seven wounded.
➖ Due to heavy fighting and the advance of the Wagner fighters, the engineering teams of the 53rd Brigade urgently equipped three new fortifications near #Opytnoye.
▪️ The command of the Operation Task Group Soledar is also expecting an offensive by Russian forces on #Mayorsk. Mobilised troops have been moved to the northeastern outskirts of #Toretsk to hold defensive lines.

🩸 Russian troops completed their withdrawal to the left bank of the #Dnipro River in #Kherson Oblast. After the last units of the Russian Armed Forces crossed the river, they bombed the Antonovsky Bridge in #Kherson and the Kakhovskaya HPP Bridge near Novaya #Kakhovka.
#Starobelsk Direction (MAP):
▪️ In the #Kupyansk sector, the command of the 14th AFU Mechanized Brigade has established observation posts west of #Kislovka. The enemy is using drones to identify Russian artillery fire positions.
▪️ In the #Svatovo sector, assault troops of the 92nd AFU Mechanized Brigade undertook another offensive against the Russian strongholds in #Kuzemovka. Russian artillery scattered the enemy grouping and forced the militants to retreat to their initial positions.
▪️ In the #Lyman sector, units of the 25th AFU Airborne Brigade have made several unsuccessful attempts to gain a foothold in the area west of #Chervonopopovka. The Brigade has suffered major personnel losses in recent weeks, but the Ukrainian command has repeatedly sent the fighters into the attack.

▪️ In the #Bakhmut area, assault groups of the 53rd Mechanized Brigade, supported by artillery, attempted a counterattack in the #Zaitsevo and #Otradovka areas. The Russian forces repulsed the attack and pushed the enemy back to its initial positions with return fire.
▪️ During the offensive against #Mayorsk, Russian forces took control over the eponymous railway station, an industrial zone and part of the development area. The AFU took defensive positions in the remaining area of the micro district.

▪️ Fighters of the Separate Reconnaissance Battalion Sparta and 1st Slavyansk Brigade, supported by the 238th Artillery Brigade, liberated the village of #Opytnoye. The capture of the settlement has moved the frontline several kilometres away from #Donetsk and allows the offensive on #Avdeevka to continue from the southwest.

▪️ In the #Bakhmut area, assault groups of the 53rd Mechanized Brigade, supported by artillery, attempted a counterattack in the #Zaitsevo and #Otradovka areas. The Russian forces repulsed the attack and pushed the enemy back to its initial positions with return fire.
▪️ During the offensive against #Mayorsk, Russian forces took control over the eponymous railway station, an industrial zone and part of the development area. The AFU took defensive positions in the remaining area of the micro district.
#Donetsk Direction (MAP):
▪️ Fighters of the Separate Reconnaissance Battalion Sparta and 1st Slavyansk Brigade, supported by the 238th Artillery Brigade, liberated the village of #Opytnoye. The capture of the settlement has moved the frontline several kilometres away from #Donetsk and allows the offensive on #Avdeevka to continue from the southwest.

🩸 Before regaining control of #Kherson, the Ukrainian leadership considered abandoning #Bachmut as it lacked the means to hold the city.
However, the withdrawal of Russian troops to the left bank of the #Dnipro river and the AFU's entry into the city without a fight and virtually without losses allowed the AFU to disperse the surviving units in other directions.
Now the command of the AFU Operation Task Group Soledar has received orders to hold #Bachmut with all its might. The Ukrainian government has promised to move reinforcements into the #Bakhmut area to deter a Russian offensive.
▪️ Due to the danger of a breakthrough into the AFU defences near #Opytnoye, the tank reserve of the AFU's 53rd Mechanized Brigade has been moved to the southwest of #Bakhmut.
▪️ Assault groups of the 53rd Mechanized Brigade attempted an assault from pemplacements three kilometres west of #Otradovka and #Zaitsevo. The attack was repulsed and the Ukrainian formations were pushed back to their initial positions.
▪️ However, the AFU intends to continue attacks on the positions of the Wagner PMC fighters. 100 mobilised men have been moved to the sector from Chasov Yar after combat training.
▪️ Moreover, the AFU command considers an attack by Russian forces from the #Belarus area in the #Kiev region unlikely. Air defence systems intercepted some shells of the enemy in #Belgorod, Belgorod region, #Valuysky and #Yakovlevsky urban districts. Four Russian soldiers of the motorized infantry were wounded.
▪️ In the morning, the enemy militants struck the village of Popovo-Lezhachi and the adjacent village of #Tetkino in the #Kursk region. Damage was caused to residential buildings and a sugar factory. There were no casualties.
➖ In the morning hours, a Russian Armed Forces sapper died after detonating a mine while reconnoitring the border area in #Kursk region. Two other soldiers were wounded.

#Crimea:
▪️ Russian air defence systems shot down two Ukrainian UAVs as they approached the #Balaklava TPP, as well as three more drones over the Black Sea.
#Belgorod Region:
▪️ Ukrainian militants shelled the town of #Shebekino and damaged residential buildings. One woman was killed.
▪️ Enemy militants hit the veterans' hospital in the village of Novaya Tavolzhanka. The shells damaged the facade of the building and the gas pipeline. There were no deaths or injuries.
▪️ An elderly couple was blown up by ammunition in the village of #Staroselye.
#Starobelsk Direction:
▪️ In the #Svatovo sector, assault units of the AFU's 92 Mechanized Brigade attacked Russian positions near #Kuzemovka. Russian troops detected the enemy and launched a preemptive strike, forcing the militants to retreat to their original lines.
▪️ In #Stelmakhovka, Russian artillery hit the 14th AFU Mechanized Brigade, which was reinforced by foreign mercenaries. Several pieces of equipment were destroyed.
#Soledar Direction:
▪️ The situation on the front has not changed significantly. . There are clashes in #Opytnoye and on the southeastern outskirts of #Bakhmut.
#Donetsk Direction:
▪️ The Russian motorized rifle units continue to engage in fierce fighting with the enemy in the centre of #Maryinka. Russian missile forces and artillery have struck concentrations of enemy armoured vehicles and personnel on the western outskirts of the town.
▪️ Ukrainian militants again shelled populated areas of the #Donetsk agglomeration. Residential buildings and civilian infrastructure in #Donetsk, #Makeyevka, #Mineralnoye, #Yasynuvata, #Zaitsevo and #Kashtanovoye were hit.
#Southdonetsk Direction:
▪️ AFU units made several counterattack attempts against Russian positions in #Pavlovka. The advancing enemy groups were detected by a UAV crews. Russian artillery struck the militants and they withdrew to their initial positions with losses.
#Zaporozhye Direction:
▪️ The AFU command continues to move reserves and armoured vehicles to the line of contact and prepares an offensive along the entire front.
▪️ Along the line of contact, artillery duels continue as Russian forces hit 65th Mechanized Brigade's concentrations in #Gulyaypole, #Zaliznichnoye and #Orekhov.
#Kherson Direction on Southern Front (MAP):
▪️ SBU and national police officers are conducting filtration activities in #Kherson, checking all buildings in the city in search of Russian forces' personnel and pro-Russian citizens.
▪️ Ukrainian militants of the 9th Composite Battalion of the Territorial Defence struck the village of #Kairy using a copter with a grenade-dropping system.
▪️ A reconnaissance team from the centre of the 73rd Forces of Special Operations conducted patrols in small boats off the #Dnipro estuary coast.
▪️ Russian forces hit enemy targets in #Kherson and targeted concentrations of AFU personnel and armoured vehicles in #Muzykovka, #Sadovoye and #Tokarevka.
