The Armed Forces of Ukraine are forcibly evacuating people from the Kramatorsk and Slavyansk regions of the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR), which are under their control, to Dnepropetrovsk. Vitaly Kiselev, assistant to the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Luhansk People's Republic (LPR), told TASS about it.
"In the Kramatorsk and Slavyansk regions, there is a forced evacuation of the local population, that is, involuntarily, not at the request of people who would like and want to stay in their homes, in their settlements. But the Armed Forces of Ukraine have gone further," he said.
"Forced [evacuation] means that they force people to leave their homes taking them to assembly points, from where people are then transported to Dnepropetrovsk, and from Dnepropetrovsk they are already resettled through filtration camps in the western regions of Ukraine," Kiselev said.
"The most important thing is [to ensure] that there are no people there. The Armed Forces of Ukraine will plunder these houses, and then they will have a tactical retreat, and in the future they will destroy these settlements and shift all the blame on Russian units that they allegedly destroyed everything," the assistant said.
Earlier, Kiselev told TASS that the National Police of Ukraine, with the involvement of volunteers, was forcibly evacuating people from a number of cities in the DPR - Artemovsk, Kramatorsk, Seversk, Slavyansk, Soledar.

▪️ After the withdrawal from #Drobyshevo and #Yampol, the defence of the Russian Forces was built up on the outskirts of #Lyman and in the buffer zone around the Lyman-Zarechnoye-Torskoye road. The Russian troops have stopped the offensive of the Ukrainian Forces by deploying reserves and conducting counter maneuvering battles towards #Yampol and #Stavki. By the end of the day, #Stavki was recaptured.

▪️ At least six missile strikes were carried out by the Russian Forces at the brick factory and #Stankostroy in #Kramatorsk.
▪️ In the #Bakhmut (#Artemovsk) direction, Russian missile forces and artillery hit accumulations of enemy manpower and equipment in #Bakhmut, #Soledar, #Mayorsk, #Yakovlevka and #Ozeryanovka.
▪️ In the #Donetsk direction, Russian Forces engaged targets in #Druzhkovka, #Avdeevka, #Maryinka, #Krasnogorovka and #Pervomayskoye.
The enemy, on its part, shelled an oil depot in #Shakhtyorsk. In addition, the AFU again shelled towns in #Donetsk agglomeration.
▪️ Overnight, Russian forces carried out several strikes on AFU facilities in the Kommunarsk district of #Zaporozhye, as well as a military facility in #Balabino.
▪️ In #Dnipropetrovsk region, Russian Forces struck #Pavlograd, which is one of Ukraine's largest railway hubs. A facility where solid rocket fuel and explosives were produced was destroyed.
▪️ In the southern section of the front, artillery duels continue along the entire line of contact.
In the evening, Russian air defence was triggered in #Ochakov.
▪️ Late in the evening, Russian Forces using a Geran-2 UAV hit a target in the Ovidopolsky district of the #Odessa region.
