⚡️🇷🇺🇺🇦⚔️ Situation in #Starobelsk Direction until 12:00 on 7 Nov 2022⚡️

#Kupyansk Sector:

▪️ The fighting has taken on a positional character. Sporadic fighting is taking place over the hills at the village of #Yagodnoye near #Ivanovka. Neither side is able to break through the enemy's orders.

#Svatovo Sector:

▪️ The enemy continues its attempts to reach the village of #Kuzemovka.

Judging by internal AFU reports, Ukrainian formations are reporting "heavy positional fighting" west of #Kuzemovka almost daily, with 200 metres of territory "captured" and "abandoned" at a time.

On the map this looks like a constantly changing frontline, although in fact it is a rather conventional control of the fields in the "grey zone".

▪️ An AFU assault group, reinforced by mobile groups of foreign mercenaries, attacked #Novoselovskoye from the direction of #Berestovoye. Taken under concentrated fire from Russian troops, the enemies was forced to retreat to their initial positions.

#Lyman Sector:

▪️ Assault groups of the 66th AFU Mechanized Brigade unsuccessfully attempted to attack the Russian positions in the direction of #Makeevka and #Chervonopopovka.

➖ Two companies of the enemy, supported by armoured vehicles, advanced stealthily from the #Zherebet River side to the #Svatovo - #Kremennaya route, but were ambushed. After suffering casualties, the Ukrainian units retreated to their original positions.

➖ A motorized infantry company, which had been detached by the AFU command to cover the retreat of the assault groups, came under targeted artillery fire and hastily withdrew to the river having lost a significant personnel.

▪️ The AFU forces tried to entrench themselves with up to a company under the cover of light armoured vehicles in the forest belt towards #Ploshchanka. A counterattack by fighters of the 3rd Motorized Rifle Division of the 20th Army dispersed the enemies and put them on the rout.

▪️ Enemy sabotage and reconnaissance groups regularly cross the Seversky Donets River near #Serebryanka and conduct reconnaissance battle near #Dibrova.

#Kremennaya SitRep

Today there was no active combat in the Kremennaya defence strip. Ukrainians tried to attack as usual, artillery drove them away. No active combat action is not the same as no combat. DRGs and reconnaissance groups, scouts, correctors, and snipers carried out daily combat work, and this applied equally to us and the enemy.

Lobayev rifles, which are used among our troops, increasingly show themselves in this section of the front. The terrain allows you to work up to one kilometre, though often less. There are many elevation differences and wooded areas, and there is no direct line of sight as in the steppes in the south.

Once again I want to draw attention to the fact that modern individual armour protection allows one to stay alive and relatively healthy after being hit by 7.62x54 bullets and its NATO analogue 7.62x51. Bullets of .338 caliber and above leave practically no wounded, and the under-armor effect, even without penetration of body armor, turns out to be fatal. I don't know about ultra long range (over 1.5 km), but up to one kilometre for sure. Tested on the Ukrainians.

Fighting continues for #Vodyanoye and #Pervomayskoye and for fortifications in #Opytnoye. The enemy continued shelling #Donetsk during the day.

2. #Ugledar:

Positional fighting continued near #Novomikhailovka and #Pavlovka without significant progress. The enemy was able to stabilize the front, due to which the pace of our offensive decreased.
We failed to take #Pavlovka in a single blow and immediately reach the route to #Ugledar, at least for now.
There were no significant changes at #Maryinka.

3. #Soledar:

There are no changes in the city itself, street battles are taking place.
Progress is reported in the battle for #Belgorovka, where our troops have again entered and are fighting to clear the settlement.
There is no change in the area of #Spornoye.

4. #Svatovo:

The enemy made several attempts to attack, but failed to advance, suffering tangible losses.
The #Kremennaya - #Svatovo highway is under enemy artillery fire, but the enemy has not been able to cut it off completely or even reach it.
The Russian Armed Forces continue to resolve the tasks of stabilizing this section of the front.

5. #Kherson:

No significant changes. The enemy continues to probe the front line of our troops, but has not yet launched a full-scale offensive, expecting some kind of catch associated with various rumors of #Kherson abandonment in connection with the destruction of the #Kakhovka hydropower plant.
The evacuation of civilians to the left bank of the #Dnipro River also officially ends today. The city itself continues to experience power outages due to the blowing up of power lines by enemy SRGs.

▪️ At the same time, units of the LPR People's Militia and Akhmat Regiment entered another (!) #Belogorovka near #Seversk. The capture of the settlement will allow access to #Seversk from the northeastern direction.

#Donetsk Direction:

▪️ There are no significant changes in the #Ugledar Sekror. Positional fighting continues in #Pavlovka, as well as near #Maryinka and #Novomikhailovka.

▪️ Fighters of the DPR Sparta Battalion have completed the clearing of #Donetsk Airport. Battles continue for #Vodyanoye, #Pervomayskoye and fortifications in #Opytnoye.

▪️ Ukrainian militants shelled residential areas and civilian infrastructure in #Donetsk. A 14-year-old girl was killed in Petrovsky district. Enemy militants also shelled #Kashtanovoye, #Panteleymonovka, #Mikhailovka and other settlements of the agglomeration.

#Zaporozhye Direction:

▪️ Artillery duels continue in #Zaporozhye region along the line of contact, with Russian forces striking enemy positions in #Gulyaypole, #Olgovskoye, #Shcherbaki and #Dorozhnyanka.

#Nikolaev - #Berislav Direction on Southern Front:

#Kursk Region:

▪️ Ukrainian militants attacked the Glushkovskaya power substation from a drone. The power station was not damaged in the incident and there were no casualties.

#Starobelsk Direction (MAP):

▪️ In the #Kupyansk frontline sector, units of the 14th Mechanized AFU Brigade have gone on the defensive, losing a large amount of personnel and equipment.

▪️ In the #Svatovo sector, Ukrainian formations from the 1st Battalion of the 92nd Mechanized Brigade and the 128th Territorial Defence Brigade again attempted to storm #Kuzemovka, but were stopped by aviation and artillery fire.

▪️ In the #Lyman sector, the 66th Mechanized Brigade made an unsuccessful attempt to storm the Russian positions in the direction of #Makeevka.

➖ At the same time, units of the AFU's 81th Separate Airmobile Brigade and 25th Airmobile Brigade tried to break through the Russian defence line in the direction of #Kremennaya, but failed and withdrew.

➖ In an artillery duel, the Russian forces succeeded in destroying a radar station, a communications vehicle and several BMPs of the enemy.

#Donetsk Direction (MAP):

▪️ DPR People's Militia units continue their operation to flank the Ukrainian grouping in the #Avdeevka stronghold. Fighting has resumed for #Vodyanoye, #Opytnoye and #Pervomayskoye.

The capture of the settlements will make it possible to expand the security zone around the #Donetsk agglomeration and flank the AFU grouping in #Avdeevka.

▪️ Tense fighting continues in #Maryinka. While MLRS and artillery calculations of Russian troops are engaging targets on the western outskirts of the settlement, assault groups are advancing towards Druzhba Avenue, 200 metres away.

▪️ Ukrainian militants have once again shelled major populated areas of the DPR. Several civilians were killed in the attacks in #Donetsk - including a young girl.

▪️ As a result of the strike on the power substation in #Yasynuvata, a large part of the city was left without electricity and three boiler houses were put out of service. Work is underway to restore power supply.

#Southdonetsk Direction:

▪️ Near #Novomikhailovka, the advance of Russian troops has slowed due to weather conditions. The Ukrainian formations are taking advantage of this and are moving additional reserves into the frontline area.

▪️ Sakhalin warriors acting as part of reconnaissance and assault contours, keep the #Ugledar - #Maryinka road under fire control, cutting off enemy supply routes with fire.

#Dnipropetrovsk Region:

▪️ Russian forces carried out several strikes with the Geran-2 kamikaze drones on AFU facilities in Krivoy Rog. At the same time, Russian troops hit enemy positions in #Marganets, #Ilyinka and #Vyshetarasovka.

#Nikolaev - #Berislav Direction on Southern Front (MAP):

▪️ In the #Berislav area, several units of the AFU, supported by artillery, launched an offensive northeast of the village of #Dudchany.

The enemy managed to penetrate deep into Russian territory and entrench itself on a farm near #Dudchany. The AFU command is currently preparing for a further offensive to reach #Mylovoye.

▪️ In the #Snigirovka sector, the enemy, after gathering reserves from #Visunsk and #Bereznegovatoye, managed to entrench on the northern outskirts of the #Snigirovka settlement itself near the railway tracks (unclear if done or only fights for).

Polish and English-speaking mercenaries are involved in the offensive.

#Kursk Region:

#Dnipropetrovsk Region:

▪️ Russian forces have carried out at least 3 strikes by Geran-2 kamikaze drones on an enemy ammunition depot located at one of Novaya Poshta's (New Post's) logistics terminals in #Dnipropetrovsk.

▪️ According to preliminary reports, Russian kamikaze drones hit facilities in Krivoy Rog, explosions occurred near the #Ingulets dam, the local military camp and in the Central City district.

#Nikolaev - #Berislav Direction on Southern Front (MAP):

▪️ In the #Nikolaev area, Russian units began to withdraw from their positions in accordance with the command decision.

➖ According to preliminary reports, the enemy has taken positions in #Pravdino and #Kiselevka.

▪️ In the #Snigirovka sector, the AFU again attempted to storm the Russian positions in #Snigirovka itself, but Russian servicemen from 205th Brigade managed to withstand the attack, destroying about ten armored combat vehicles and shooting down a Mi-8 helicopter.

▪️ Due to massive shelling of Ukrainian positions, man-portable air defence systems are operating near #Peschanoye. And near #Novoselovskoye, a manoeuvre Signals Intelligence group of the AFU is deployed.

#Lyman Sector:

Assault commandos of the 66th Mechanized Brigade and 25th Airmobile Brigade of the AFU conducted reconnaissance in battle in the direction of #Chervonopopovka. The movement of the Ukrainian formations was fetected by UAV operators and the advancing group was dealt a blow.

#Lysychansk Sector:

Several units of the AFU's 80th Separate Air Assault Brigade and armoured vehicles of the 81st Airmobile Brigade were moved to the #Serebryanka - #Belogorovka line.

🩸 In the past 24 hours, a total of 13 Ukrainians were killed and 26 wounded, one tank, four armoured combat vehicles, one BMP and three pickups were destroyed.

The enemy occupied more than 10 settlements by evening, including #Snigirovka. An AFU demining team was destroyed near #Aleksandrovka.
Civilian withdrawal from #Kherson continues, but the city itself is not yet under AFU control, nor is #Berislav. It is likely to take several days for the AFU to establish full control.
The Russian Armed Forces are setting up additional positions on the left bank. The Antonovsky bridge is likely to be blown up in the next 1-2 days.

2. #Donetsk Direction:

There are no significant changes in #Avdeevka, #Vodyanoye and #Pervomayskoye.
Fighting for the fortifications in #Opytnoye continues.
The enemy continues shelling the #Donetsk - #Gorlovka agglomeration.

3. #Ugledar Direction:

Our troops took #Pavlovka. A mopping-up operation is underway. The enemy is trying to counterattack and regain control over #Pavlovka.
Fighting continues near #Novomikhailovka.
Whether there will be a further offensive on #Ugledar itself remains to be seen.

4. #Artemovsk (#Bakhmut):

Fighting continues for #Opytnoye and in the direction of #Kurdyumovka. There are small movements in our favour.
There is also fighting on the outskirts of #Artemovsk.
Do not wait for the capture of #Opytnoye to take the city.

5. #Soledar:

After the capture of #Bakhmutskoye, our troops are intensifying pressure on the enemy in #Soledar itself.
To the north of the city fighting continues for #Belogorovka; according to various estimates our troops control 40-50% of the settlement. The enemy resists stubbornly.

6. #Svatovo:

In general, the situation has not changed significantly. All enemy attacks were repulsed with losses for the AFU. The AFU failed to break through to the #Svatovo - #Kremennaya route. Nevertheless, there are signs that new attacks are being prepared in the direction of the highway, so intense fighting will clearly continue here.
