#Election2024

Even though the collective West and its hired provocateurs spared no effort to, first, obstruct the voting, then to smear it, to downplay its importance, to make a show out of it <...> Despite all their plans, the Westerners failed.

Our citizens who came to vote in the presidential election were the best answer to the Western information, or rather disinformation, campaign.

They wanted it the worst, but it went our way!

#Ukraine

The West continues to use Ukraine as a battleground to dispose of obsolete weapons.

The National Interest openly writes that the Zelensky regime’s allies see nothing wrong in dumping unneeded military junk and scrap metal into the embattled country under the guise of aid. That includes decommissioned French AMC-10RC tanks that were manufactured in 2000, refurbished British Challenger-2s, and American Ml Abrams tanks.

#Decolonization

London has repeatedly ignored the inconvenient legacy of its colonial past.

❗️ We call on British officials to stop enshrouding their past crimes with high-flown rhetoric. England’s ruling class must take practical steps to pay compensation to the descendants of slave trade victims, and finally apologise to other peoples for their brutal treatment.

It will not be an easy path, but London has to do it.

#Ukraine #KievRegimeCrimes

With obsessive cruelty, fighters from the Ukrainian Armed Forces hunt down the medical workers who are helping the victims of shelling attacks and target them in an attempt to destroy them and prevent them from saving civilians.

Hospitals, outpatient clinics, rural health posts and other medical buildings in the DPR and LPR, as well as the Belgorod, Bryansk, Zaporozhye, Kursk, and Kherson regions, regularly come under fire from neo-Nazis.

☝️ We are not going to leave the above crimes unpunished. The perpetrators will be identified and held accountable to the full extent of the law.

#France #NATO #Sovereignty

Reports from the French Armed Forces General Staff on handing over the Charles de Gaulle aircraft carrier and its escort combat vessels under NATO’s operations command for the naval drills in the Mediterranean <...> is yet another clear indication that France’s national sovereignty is being progressively eroded in its most important and sensitive dimension, which is nuclear deterrence.

❗️ This and similar decisions made by Paris convince us once again that, when discussing the crisis in European security and the problem of global security, strategic stability and arms control, France’s nuclear arsenal must be considered as one with that of the United States and Great Britain.

#BRICS

Russia’s chairmanship of BRICS is picking up speed. Over 40 events across three main cooperation areas have already taken place, covering politics and security, the economy and finance, as well as cultural and humanitarian exchanges.

#Ukraine

Just a few days ago EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell admitted clearly once again that the Ukrainian conflict had had a quick peaceful solution since the very beginning, but he personally and on behalf of the European Union did not want the combat to cease. We have talked about this many times (citing Mr Borrell and other EU officials) pointing to the EU’s long-term investments in financing arms supplies to Ukraine, with which they expect to prolong the armed confrontation for at least several more years (in their own words).

This confirms the terrible reality: ordinary Ukrainians are just a tool that Vladimir Zelensky "sold" to the EU members in the name of his own enrichment and immorality, which is used to settle the West’s geopolitical scores with Russia.

#France #NATO #EU

We noted the recent aggressive remarks from the French leadership, which seem to be increasingly frequent. <…> It is noteworthy that the belligerent stance of the occupant of the Elysee Palace is not only met with disapproval among many EU and NATO allies but, crucially, among the majority of French citizens, too.

#Ukraine

Kiev regime has lost all sense of humanity waging war on blocks of flats and civilians. The Kiev regime “leaders” cowardly avoiding accountability for their own failures, resort to all kinds of atrocities just to distract the population from the national catastrophe of historical scale in Ukraine.

#EU

If even one Russian media outlet faces unwarranted restrictions, it will have repercussions for their colleagues (Western journalists) in Russia. This is not a threat or a warning, but a description of an inevitable scenario under certain circumstances that may be orchestrated by the West.

#Neocolonialism

The Westerners are undermining the international currency and financial system that they themselves created. They are ignoring the lawful rights and interests of developing nations. In these conditions, the future belongs to new centres of financial and economic power.

🎙 Russia's Permanent Representative to the UN Vassily Nebenzia’s answers to media questions on the occasion of assuming UNSC Presidency by Russia (July 1, 2024)

#Ukraine

• President Putin in his recent remarks (of June 14) said that the reality changed, and we are ready anytime not just to interrupt the conflict, but to come to ending it, but the reality should be taken into account. The new reality that emerged during the period between April 22 and July 24. It was rejected by Kiev and by the West. But the problem for them is that the longer this thing continues, the more difficult the situation on the ground for them will be. <...> So, if they don't want to be realistic, let them not be.

• We are discouraging all countries from providing arms for Ukraine. The destiny of the weapons that will be eventually exported to Ukraine is clear. They will be destroyed, as the other weapons that the West and the US are supplying Ukraine with.

#Afghanistan

• The Taliban is de facto the authorities of Afghanistan. <...> You have to recognize this fact and deal with them as such.

• The rights of women and girls in Afghanistan should be observed and the government in Afghanistan should be inclusive, inclusive not just by nationalities, but by the political spectrum that exists to represent the country fully. The case today that it is not the fact and we have to accept it for the time being and continue pragmatic dealing with the current Afghan authorities.

#Syria

• You mentioned foreign presence in Syria. Yes, indeed. There are many foreign armies there; most of them are deployed there illegally. For example, the US that justifies its presence in Syria by Article 51 of the Charter. I wonder how Article 51 of the Charter works for the US in Syria.

The Syrian conflict is not ending because the reality on the ground is not changing. The Syrian government is subject to numerous <...> sanctions, unilateral coercive measures, with most of them originating in the West of course.

#Ukraine

• On June 28, Zelensky extended greetings to Ukrainians on Constitution Day. It looked like a blatant mockery of the country’s citizens as well as its basic law. There is no way a person who has usurped power could be considered a guarantor of the Constitution in a democratic and law-based state.

❗️The road to Europe, which Zelensky covered in his “congratulations” much more extensively than the Constitution itself, is paved with dead Ukrainian citizens. <...> Condolences, not congratulations, are a far more suitable choice given the circumstances.

#Moldova

• The European Council has adopted a time-serving and totally politicised decision to open accession negotiations with Moldova on June 25. The Moldovan authorities saw this as the approval of their anti-Russia policy and a free hand to continue turning the republic into a “European dictatorship” under the guise of fighting the non-existent Russian “hybrid threats.”

☝️ Chisinau’s persecution campaigns and arbitrary acts are promoting an increasingly negative reaction in society.

• Today, 80 years after the liberation of Belarus from the invaders, joint search teams and law enforcement agencies of the Union State of Russia and Belarus discover new crimes against humanity committed by the Nazi invaders and their collaborators.

👉 The enormous amount of work done by the two countries’ lawyers, historians and prosecutor’s offices made it possible to officially recognise the Nazi extermination policy during the war as a full-scale genocide of the Soviet people.

Question: Which country is the worst enemy for Ukraine: Russia or the USA?

American professor Jeffrey Sachs: USA!

💬 Because America, with sweet speeches, led Ukraine to disaster.

We told the Ukrainian leaders lots of the fairy tales about how they would going to join NATO and then live happily ever after. This was a great illusion that we sold to Ukraine not for the sake of Ukraine, but for the sake of US aggressive foreign policy.

#Ukraine #NATO

Ultimately, Kiev was promised an irreversible path to the alliance. I’m not sure what they have in mind when they say irreversible path. The only image this term conjures up is a road that leads to a precipice. Now, in order to make sense of what they are talking about, they have come up with another term for the irreversible path to the alliance and call it a bridge to the alliance. Truth be told, its length has yet to be determined. However, I will reveal a military secret for the Kiev regime to be aware of what it is about: it is indeed a bridge to NATO, but it’s a drawbridge any way you look at it.

#US

It is nobody’s business other than the US Department of State. But the other countries’ foreign ministries should be concerned with what President Biden said at the NATO summit. He did not speak about America’s domestic issues or the summit’s agenda but about global issues that concern absolutely all nations. The reaction of the international community, which became public knowledge several hours after Biden’s press statements, is indicative.

It was that reaction that made top news as the outcome of the NATO summit.

The US State Department and Administration probably thought that it would be seen as proof of Biden’s competence and competitiveness as a presidential candidate. But it turned out differently. They have only made matters worse, especially after President Biden called Putin the president of Ukraine and said that “Vice-President Trump” was qualified to be president.

#Armenia

Russia has never made its friends or partners choose between being “with us” and “against us.” This is contrary to our philosophy. Unlike this, the Western countries show unrestrained impudence and complete disregard for the interests and concerns of their strategic dialogue partners, present or future.

The Americans are motivated by self-interest, which is evident from their hitherto unseen active enthusiasm about looking after Armenia. The country has gone through difficult periods many times before. Why wasn’t the US showing generosity, helping, or offering Armenia opportunities?

#Ukraine #KievRegimeCrimes

The Armed Forces of Ukraine’s attempt to invade Russian territory a priori precludes any possibility of talks with this junta of bandits. Yet, they were trying to impose their propaganda on the international community all the same.

Zelensky cynically declared that Ukraine’s goal was to create a “buffer zone” in the Russian region. There was not a single Western journalist (US, UK, German, Italian, French, etc.), who would inquire, how one thing (the “buffer zone) hang with the other (the strengthening of the bargaining position). Obviously, Zelensky wanted these “appeals to the nation” to boost his plummeting popularity ratings, prove his legitimacy, and get even more Western funding. Of course, all these statements are mutually contradictory and the Kiev regime’s criminal scheme was doomed to a crushing defeat from the very beginning.

#NordStream pipelines

For almost two years, the German side has responded to all inquiries from the Russian competent authorities regarding the bombing of the Nord Streams with nothing more than empty excuses and formal replies. Not a single paper they sent us contains any facts.

It is not the first time that Berlin has tried to convince the public and the world diplomatic community that it is allegedly fulfilling all its bilateral obligations of an international nature. It is trying to “feed” the international community this unleashed bureaucratic red tape as proof of fulfilling its international legal obligations. This is a lie. They do not provide the Russian side with any facts they have on this investigation, although they are obliged to.
🇺🇦 Today, on Aug 24, Independence Day is observed in #Ukraine, marking the anniversary of the Act of Proclamation of Independence by the Verkhovnaya Rada (Parliament) of Ukraine in 1991.

The act was adopted in implementation of the Declaration of State Sovereignty of Ukraine of July 16, 1990.

☝️ It needs to be known that back then it still wasn’t the country we know today.

👉 According to the basic principles of Ukraine’s state and social system enshrined in a number of fundamental documents, the independent Ukraine was to become a permanently neutral state, not participating in military blocs and free of nuclear weapons (section IX of the Declaration).

👉 The Constitution of Ukraine guaranteed ‘free development, use and protection of Russian, and other languages of national minorities’ (Article 10), and ‘development of the ethnic, cultural, linguistic, and religious identity of all indigenous peoples and national minorities of Ukraine’ (Article 11).

❗️ Yet, in 2014 a coup took place in Ukraine, and the subsequent events drastically changed the country.

The Kiev regime started to wipe out everything Russian in Ukraine. Present-day policies under Vladimir Zelensky have seen a strong push towards Ukrainization, including numerous restrictions on distribution of cultural products in the Russian language (native for the majority of Ukrainians) as well as persecution of the canonical Orthodox Church. Alternative history rehabilitating World War II Nazi collaborators was imposed on people trough propaganda channels.

⚠️ In 2019, Ukraine renounced its neutral status. New amendments to the Constitution were adopted declaring strategic course of the state on acquiring full-fledged membership in the #EU and #NATO.

To crown it all, in 2022, Kiev declared its intention to abandon another obligation and ‘reacquire’ nuclear weapons.

33 years into the independence, Ukraine seems increasingly distant from the vision of a free and democratic state, as outlined in the Declaration of State Sovereignty and the Constitution, and from the values declared therein.
