A Company in Beirut- Jnah, is looking for a Senior HR Officer to join our Human resources department

Tasks and Requirements:
- Serve as a link between directors and employees (employee relations: solving problems, incidents, accidents).
- Manage personnel records, & data (vacations, absences, leaves, employee records).
- Manage and send daily attendance for directors.
- Master all aspects of candidate acquisition through various channels and social media.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Screening and shortlisting of potential candidates, conduct interviews for selected candidates and recommend further interviews with the direct line manager.
- Collaborate with Line managers to compile a consistent list of talent needs.
- Onboard all new joiners, manage job descriptions, organizational charts, ensure company is under policies and procedures ,reference checks, and arrange the training and induction plan for new joiners well in advance.

- Manage payroll process data.

- Manage performance appraisal and implementation of KPI’s.
- Inquiries as requested by directors.
Education and Qualifications:
· BA in Business Administration or a related field.
· Minimum 5 -7 years of relevant work experience in various HR Functions.
Knowledge and Skills:
· Fluency in English and good communication skills
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Team working skills
· Problem solving skills
· Interviewing skills
· Time management skills
