The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader capable of managing large teams, coordinating complex projects, and ensuring seamless execution between design, workers, and production.



Key Responsibilities
• Manage operations.
• Supervise and coordinate 150+ workers across workshops and production lines.
• Lead multiple concurrent projects from concept to delivery.
• Coordinate between production teams, designers, and workshop staff.
• Review and validate shop drawings with interior designers team.
• Handle project costing and estimation from scratch, including BOQs, pricing, and full cost breakdowns.
• Ensure accurate and competitive workshop pricing aligned with company margins.
• Optimize workflow, production efficiency, and resource allocation.
• Monitor quality control, deadlines, and operational performance.
• Resolve technical and operational issues across workshops.
• Implement structured systems to improve productivity and execution flow.
• Report progress, performance, and financials to senior management.



Requirements
• 10–15+ years of experience in wood manufacturing / joinery / furniture industry.
• Proven experience as Project Manager or Production Manager.
• Strong expertise in costing, estimation, and workshop pricing from scratch.
• Deep understanding of woodworking materials, processes, and finishing systems.
• Experience managing large teams (100–150+ workers).
• Strong knowledge of shop drawings and technical coordination.
• Experience handling multi-site operations and complex projects.
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage pressure, deadlines, and multiple priorities.
