В моей преподавательской работе есть особенность - спад летом.
Даже в работе со взрослыми )) Отпуска, деревни, дачи.

Казалось бы, ну освободилось время - наслаждайся. Но начинают мучать мысли: "А не слишком ли я расслабилась? А не мало ли я стараюсь? А не могла бы я делать больше?" (ставь лайк, как говорится, если знакомо)

А всё это потому что (как выяснилось) многие миллениалы (myself included) пали жертвой так называемой hustle culture.

🧐Разберемся на этой неделе, что это и как (если вдруг надо) не пасть жертвой этой культуры.

Была у меня одна студентка - руководитель. И надо ей было уволить сотрудника, потому что сотрудник откровенно не справлялся и делал ошибки, на которые ему указывали уже не раз. Работа была с цифрами, а аргумент сотрудника был "я так чувствую" (утрированно).

И когда мы обсуждали эту ситуацию, то пришли к выводу, что в российской корпоративной культуре (да и вообще в культуре) очень всё плохо с негативной обратной связью.

Мы боимся ее давать и не умеем принимать.
