港僑會 創辦人 #鄭文傑 出席 #捷克議會聽證會，會議由 眾議員 Eva Decroix MP 及 參議員 Senator Pavel Fischer 主持，與人權衛士 Laura Harth 、捷克當地對華智庫 Sinopsis 及 其他香港民主運動人士 劉祖廸、朱牧民、Iverson Ng 向 捷克外交及司法官員，包括部長及副部長，向當局陳情 #暫停香港及捷克引渡協議，並明確 否定《#港區國安法》的域外效力，以阻止中共當局於海外追緝政治異見人士，且侵害國際社會的民主、自由、人權及司法主權。
HKB Founder, #Simon Cheng, attended the Czech parliamentary hearing. The meeting was chaired by Eva Decroix MP and Senator Pavel Fischer. Together with the Safeguard Defenders Laura Harth, the local Czech think tank Sinopsis and other Hong Kong pro-democracy activists Finn Lau, Samuel Chu and Iverson Ng, we petitioned the authorities, including Minister and Deputy Ministers of Foreign Affairs and Justice, to suspend the extradition agreement between Hong Kong and the Czech Republic, and explicitly deny the extraterritorial effect of the "Hong Kong National (State) Security Law", in order to prevent the CCP regime from pursuing dissidents overseas and intruding the democracy, freedom, human rights and judicial sovereignty in the international community.
