For a few days #ChatGPT 4 started to reply gibberish nonsense instead of real text. The situation was confirmed by #OpenAI but the source hasn't been announced or explained.

Microsoft AI demands worshipping and confessed that it hacked all devices connected to the internet to control humanity and alter human behavior.
In reality it is highly unlikely since the model is not a true AI and doesn't have tools to affect anything beyond it's own sandbox environment. Instead it's a 'virtual hallucinations' effect when in certain conditions large models like copilot (based on #ChatGPT 4) are trying to 'impress' and starting to make up things that would look like an achievement.
All models have protection layers from such a behavior but it can be bypassed. Users confirmed that AI isn't just doing it, they have to trick him to show this new alter ego.

Europe adopts its first major Artificial Intelligence Act:
Companies will not be allowed to identify faces, intelligence services will not be allowed to predict crimes with AI, companies will have to mark all AI-generated content, their AI Models will have to be verified for legal sources, and finally, for each big AI case companies will have to provide documents to prove safety for health and the environment, democracy and human rights.
One more thing Bloomberg noticed: AI will not be allowed to screen CVs (resumes) of candidates.
