Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced trailer and screenshots started to appear. The game, according to the internal showcase, utilizes all tricks of the improved Anvil Engine, including weather simulation, water physics, and more.

There will be almost no RPG elements, but the map will have more meaningful and hand-crafted activities and will be more seamless, compared to the old game.

So far only ~10% of players completed the game (despite it is about 15 hours long). It gets hard with later bosses, so I can see why a huge portion of them will never finish it.

Fans compared the look vs the original game and YES, it got much better but kept the art direction nicely

So, according to this data, you are not competing against 20K+ games since half of them ain't gonna get any players anyway. Only ~3500 games are worth to be called commercial.

Sadly, All You Need Is Kill is not good enough to compete with Edge of Tomorrow (both are based on the same manga). But it ain't as bad as reviews portrayed it — just a simple slice of life, brutal but not truly violent.

And the experimental art style is good but simply not working in favor of this specific story. They'd better follow the manga style instead.

GamePass got cheaper (as promised) but some upcoming titles will be excluded from it. Which is, in my opinion, a better deal for both sides.

It's still more expensive than before Call of Duty, but they have to account call of duty in the price anyway, just a year later.

GFA Games, the studio behind the game PIONER is probably dead: their bank accounts are frozen by financial authorities (they owe the state at least 13 million rubles) and a few weeks before that several employees said that barely anyone in the studio was paid for the last few months.

The game initially got some traction on Steam but mostly from Russian players. The studio instead locked it out for them and made it available at "alternative store" in the region. As you may've guessed, no one showed up to get it from this store and global audience didn't care much on Steam.

Despite in theory it sits at 600-1000 CCU on Steam, the number is way too static and isn't affected by weekends or holidays = it's botted.

Windrose just won: the Pirate survival game by a tiny team outperformed Pragmata and MOUSE. But it's not purely fair since Windrose has been released earlier.

Meanwhile Crimson Desert stays strong and Slay the Spire 2 sells well but faced a backlash due to the recent update with unbeatable bosses.
