🤝 30 января – 1 февраля в Москве состоялась первая встреча шерп/су-шерп стран БРИКС в рамках российского председательства с участием представителей стран, ставших полноформатными членами объединения с 1 января 2024 года.
В ходе заседания под председательством заместителя Министра иностранных дел, шерпы России в #БРИКС С.А.Рябкова обозначены приоритеты нашей страны в объединении. Представители российских министерств и ведомств выступили с развёрнутыми брифингами по ключевым направлениям сотрудничества.
☝️ Отмечена важность реализации ряда российских инициатив, в частности:
• запуска Комплексной системы раннего реагирования на риски возникновения массовых инфекционных заболеваний,
• учреждения Центра промышленных компетенций на базе ЮНИДО, Медицинской ассоциации БРИКС и профильного журнала,
• укрепления сотрудничества в сфере транспорта и туризма.
В рамках выполнения поручений лидеров стран БРИКС по итогам XV саммита объединения (Йоханнесбург, 22-24 августа 2023 года) продолжено обсуждение модальностей категории государств-партнёров БРИКС, а также повышения роли национальных валют и платёжных инструментов в трансграничных операциях стран «десятки».
✅ Всеми участниками заседания подтверждена нацеленность на дальнейшую конструктивную работу в рамках трех «корзин» стратегического партнерства БРИКС: в области политики и безопасности, экономики и финансов, культуры и гуманитарных связей.

In particular, on the “illegal forced deportation” of Ukrainian children allegedly carried out by our country and equating such actions with the atrocities of the Nazis?
💬 Anatoly Antonov: We categorically reject these blasphemous and unsubstantiated accusations. Our country is very attentive to the fate of every child affected by the crimes of the Ukronazis. It makes every effort to protect children from the atrocities of the Ukrainian armed forces, which continue massive shelling of civilians and civil infrastructure (including kindergartens, schools and hospitals).
👉 It is obvious that the purpose of the U.S. legislators and Ukrainian functionaries is to persuade the public of a false idea of the need to continue military and material support for Zelensky’s terrorist regime.
📌 On the surface are the selfish motives of the U.S. authorities, which considered Ukraine as one of the main sources of international adoption of children (mainly of Slavic origin).
❌ The concern for minors declared at the Capitol is at odds with reality. The United States is not a party to the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child. Washington stained itself in Vietnam and Afghanistan by forcibly removing children from these countries. In the same row - the disappearance of about 85 thousand teenagers as a result of the migration crisis on the U.S. southern border; the crippled fates of children who became victims of hormone therapy and gender reassignment surgery; non-compliance with the rights of adopted children. The list is far from complete.
☝️It's time for Washington to stop manipulating on the sacred - the well-being of children - and focus on putting its own house in order.

🎙 Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov’s remarks at the embassy roundtable discussion of a settlement in Ukraine (Moscow, January 30, 2024)
💬 The Ukraine crisis is a test for the emerging multipolar world order, for the global majority, which is coming to the realisation that exclusive reliance on the mechanisms of international relations created by the collective West has no prospects.
• Former NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen, now a consultant or adviser for the Vladimir Zelensky team, said recently that the West viewed Ukraine as a “defensive wall” in front of Russia. According to this mindset, everything that is linked with Ukraine must be used to inflict a “strategic defeat” on Russia.
✍️ In 1942, the Nazi criminal Reichskommissar Erich Koch, later sentenced at the Nuremberg Trials, wrote, “Ukraine is merely an object of exploitation for us. It should pay for the expenses of the war, and its population to a certain extent should be utilised as second-rate people for the tasks of the war, even if they have to be caught with a lasso.” Doesn’t this remind you of anything❓
• In less than two years, the West has allocated over $200 billion to Ukraine to support its military programme and to shore up the budget of this totally insolvent country. To put this in perspective, the EU has appropriated less than 80 billion euros to be disbursed within seven years to provide socioeconomic support for the Global South and the Global East.
• Washington is forcing EU countries to send everything they have to Ukraine for next to nothing. The countries that do this are replenishing their arsenals with US-made weapons they buy at full price.
❗️ Weapons are spreading around the world. The Kiev regime has been famous for its efforts to seize every opportunity to make a profit, even if it deals in trading death.

🗓 On January 30, Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov spoke at a roundtable meeting organised by the Diplomatic Academy of the Russian Foreign Ministry, titled Ukrainian Crisis: The Militarisation of Kiev’s Neo-Nazi Regime.
Around 70 representatives of the diplomatic missions from the Global South and East accredited in Moscow attended the event.
☝️ The Minister elaborated on the origins of the Ukrainian crisis, quoting facts indicating that the West had been intentionally making efforts to cultivate anti-Russia and neo-Nazi sentiments in Ukraine since it gained independence, and to transform the country into a tool for containing and delivering a strategic defeat to Russia.
The Minister presented facts and figures attesting to the fact that the Kiev regime had been undergoing militarisation for a prolonged period of time, stocking up on Western weapons that are now used in terrorist attacks against civilians, or end up, through the black market, in the hands of extremist organisations around the world. The minister warned against the potential violation of end-user certificate requirements in the course of military and technical cooperation.
❗️ On a separate note, Sergey Lavrov explained why the Zelensky Formula and associated events are inadequate and out of touch with reality. He pointed to the fact that Ukrainian leadership had breached the provisions of Ukraine’s neutral and non-aligned status and concerning the use and protection of the Russian language in the Declaration on State Sovereignty and the Constitution of Ukraine.
The participants in the roundtable meeting had an engaged exchange of opinions on other topical issues, including the situation in the Middle East, relations between the Global South and the collective West, and the international economic issues caused by the illegitimate sanctions.

⚡️ On February 1, the State Duma adopted an appeal to the Congress of the United States of America in connection with the recent terrorist attack by Ukraine which downed an aircraft on a humanitarian mission

<...> Ukraine perpetrated a terrorist attack on January 24, 2024, shooting down an IL-76 military transport aircraft of the military transport aviation of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation above the territory of the Russian Federation near the village of Yablonovo, Korochansky District, Belgorod Region, which transported 65 Ukrainian POWs for a pre-arranged prisoner exchange.
The plane was shot down with a missile launched from the US-made Patriot surface-to-air missile system by the Ukrainian military from the town of Liptsy, Kharkov Region.
☝️ The attack on the aircraft was premeditated murder, as the prisoner swap between the Russian Federation and Ukraine and the itinerary had been agreed upon earlier.

The members of the State Duma believe that the deliberate silencing of the truth about the victims of the Kiev regime’s criminal acts is a road to nowhere.
You represent the American people, not the corrupt bureaucrats or defence industry lobbyists. We are confident that American taxpayers are not particularly enthusiastic about their money being spent so that Ukraine can continue sending its soldiers to their deaths, and killing its prisoners of war and civilians.
The facts show that a significant portion of the lethal Western weapons supplied to the corrupt Kiev regime ends up in the hands of terrorists and radical extremists around the world through criminal machinations.
The members of the State Duma urge the members of the United States Congress to condemn the crimes committed by the terrorist Kiev regime, to stop supporting it, and to help bring to justice those directly responsible for this inhuman terrorist attack.

2️⃣0️⃣0️⃣ дней и ночей на берегах Дона и Волги, а затем у стен Сталинграда и непосредственно в самом городе шло сражение, превзошедшее по размаху и напряжённости все другие битвы Второй мировой войны.
На разных этапах битвы с обеих сторон единовременно сражалось более 2,1 млн человек.
К концу июня 1942 года противник сосредоточил в полосе от Курска до Таганрога на фронте 600–650 км до 35% пехотных, свыше 50% танковых и моторизованных дивизий от общего числа сил на советско-германском фронте.
❗️ Но расчёт нацистов на победу за счёт скопления столь значительных сил на данном участке не оправдался.
Сталинградская битва включает два периода:
Оборонительный – с 17 июля по 18 ноября 1942 года
Наступательный – с 19 ноября 1942 года по 2 февраля 1943 года.
В боях на территории Сталинграда длительных пауз или затишья не было — бои шли непрерывно. Город для немцев представлял своеобразную «мельницу», которая перемалывала тысячами немецких солдат и офицеров, уничтожая танки и самолёты.
Под Сталинградом захватчик потерял четвёртую часть сил, действовавших на Восточном театре военных действий. Общие потери врага убитыми, ранеными, пленными и пропавшими без вести составили около 1 500 000 человек, в связи с чем в Германии впервые за годы войны был объявлен национальный траур.
☝️ Разгром крупнейшей группировки войск противника не только поднял международный авторитет СССР и его вооружённых сил, но и укрепил антигитлеровскую коалицию.

This bitter battle lasted 2️⃣0️⃣0️⃣ days on the banks of the Don and Volga rivers, at the walls of Stalingrad, and finally in the city itself. The Battle for Stalingrad surpassed all previous battles in world history in its scale and intensity.
Up to 2.1 million people took part in the battle on both sides at a given time.
By late June, 1942, the enemy had concentrated at a front some 600–650 kilometres long from Kursk to Taganrog up to 35 percent of the infantry and over 50 percent of the tank and motorised divisions from the overall number of forces on the Soviet-German front.
☝️ However, their plans to win because of significant forces in this area were not destined to come true.
The Battle of Stalingrad includes two periods:
Defensive: from July 17 to November 18, 1942
Offensive: from November 19, 1942 to February 2, 1943.
There were no long pauses or lulls in the battle - the fighting was continuous. Stalingrad for the Nazi was a kind of "mill", which grinded thousands of German soldiers and officers.
The invaders lost a quarter of its forces on the Soviet-German front during this battle with the total losses, including the dead and wounded, prisoners of war and those who went missing, totalling around 1.5 million people. This led Germany to announce its first national day of mourning during the war.
The victory in Stalingrad created conditions enabling Soviet forces to mount a large-scale counteroffensive aimed at expelling the invaders from the Motherland.
☝️ Not only did this massive feat increase the international prestige of the USSR & the Red Army, but also helped strengthen the anti-Hitler coalition.

Маутхаузен относился к самой строгой, III категории концлагерей, куда помещали «неисправимых врагов рейха». Он был основан возле гранитной каменоломни близ Линца, родного города Гитлера, вскоре после аншлюса Австрии в 1938 году.
Наиболее многочисленными группами заключённых были граждане СССР, Польши и Венгрии. За всё время существования через концлагерь прошли до 335 тысяч человек, из них более 120 тысяч погибли. В числе зверски убитых в Маутхаузене – генерал-лейтенант Красной армии Д.М.Карбышев, которого нацисты превратили в ледяную глыбу.
В «блоке № 20» содержали приговорённых к уничтожению – в основном советских военнопленных, ранее замеченных в подпольной деятельности. Избиения и пытки были здесь обычным делом. Всего в этом блоке погибло около 6 тысяч солдат и офицеров Красной армии.
В ночь на 2 февраля 1945 года 419 узников «блока смерти» рискнули совершить дерзкий побег. Они выпрыгивали из окон барака и забрасывали подручными материалами пулемётные вышки. Те, кому удавалось перебраться через забор, разбегались босыми по заснеженным окрестностям лагеря.
К операции по поимке беглецов, получившей циничное название «Охота на зайцев», были привлечены все местные подразделения СС. Те, кого возвратили в лагерь, были зверски замучены фашистами.
☝️ Двоих беглецов, рискуя жизнью, укрыла в своём доме австрийка Мария Лангталер, четверо сыновей которой в то время воевали на Восточном фронте. В 2021 году женщина была посмертно награждена за свой подвиг Орденом Мужества.
💬 Бывший заключённый Маутхаузена Н.И.Паршин: «Узники «блока смерти» поднялись против своих палачей и вырвались из ада, устроенного фашистами на земле. Они погибли со славой, как и подобает воинам. <...> Память о них навсегда останется в наших сердцах».

📅 On the night of February 2, 1945, Soviet POWs made a mass escape from the Mauthausen concentration camp (located in what is today Austria). This daring uprising went down in history as one of the biggest of World War II.
Mauthausen belonged to the toughest, third category of concentration camps for “the incorrigible enemies of the Reich.” It was founded by a granite quarry near Linz, Hitler’s hometown, soon after the Anschluss of Austria in 1938.
Citizens of the USSR, Poland and Hungary were the most numerous groups of prisoners. Up to 335,000 people passed through the camp during its existence, including over 120,000 who perished there. Lt-General Dmitry Karbyshev was one of those brutally murdered in the camp. The Nazis doused him with cold water until he turned into a block of ice.
Block No. 20 was designed for those who were sentenced to death – mostly Soviet POWs charged with clandestine activities. Beatings and torture were routine at the camp. Overall, about 6,000 Red Army officers and men perished on this block.
On the night of February 2, 1945, 419 POWs made a daring escape from “death row”. They jumped out the windows of a barrack and hurled whatever they could find at the machinegun towers. Those who managed to get over the fence dashed barefoot across the snow-covered outer perimeter of the camp.
All local SS units were involved in the pursuit of the fugitives, which was cynically dubbed “Hare Hunting.” Those who were returned to the camp were brutally tortured to death by the Nazis.
☝️ Risking her life, Austrian Maria Langthaler gave refuge to two escapees in her house at a time when her four sons were fighting on the Eastern Front. In 2021, she was posthumously awarded the Order of Courage.

📄 К Международному дню памяти жертв Холокоста вышел доклад Центра глобального взаимодействия при Госдепартаменте под броским, но насквозь лживым заголовком «Более века антисемитизма: как сменявшие друг друга обитатели Кремля использовали антисемитизм для распространения дезинформации и пропаганды».
Давайте разберёмся, в чем же нас обвиняют.
❌ Российским властям приписывается якобы укоренившаяся практика использования юдофобии в целях «дезинформации» и дискредитации оппонентов.
👉 Белый дом открыто спонсирует неонацистские формирования в рядах ВСУ, такие как печально известный полк «Азов». Никакие попытки «ребрендинга» этого факта скрыть не могут.
❌ Россия обвиняется в «манипулировании» историей Холокоста.
👉 Россия не может «манипулировать» Холокостом по определению. Советский Союз его прекратил. Российские власти делают всё, чтобы его история не была забыта.
Приводятся признаки искажения Холокоста, среди которых –«преднамеренные попытки оправдать или минимизировать Холокост или его элементы, включая роль коллаборационистов и союзников нацистской Германии». Т.е. описывается ровно то, чем занимаются Вашингтон, Брюссель и ряд европейских столиц в попытках переписать историю, обелить гитлеровских преступников, украинских националистов и других пособников Третьего рейха.
❌ Российские лидеры и пропагандисты задействуют в качестве оружия антисемитские теории заговора, [о «Золотом миллиарде» и др.].
👉 «Золотой миллиард» — не антисемитская теория заговора, а устойчивое выражение в русском языке, синоним «коллективного Запада», который продолжает насаждать неоколониальный «миропорядок, основанный на правилах».

📄 К Международному дню памяти жертв Холокоста вышел доклад Центра глобального взаимодействия при Госдепартаменте под броским, но насквозь лживым заголовком «Более века антисемитизма: как сменявшие друг друга обитатели Кремля использовали антисемитизм для распространения дезинформации и пропаганды».
Давайте разберёмся, в чем же нас обвиняют.
❌ Российским властям приписывается якобы укоренившаяся практика использования юдофобии в целях «дезинформации» и дискредитации оппонентов.
👉 Белый дом открыто спонсирует неонацистские формирования в рядах ВСУ, такие как печально известный полк «Азов». Никакие попытки «ребрендинга» этого факта скрыть не могут.
❌ Россия обвиняется в «манипулировании» историей Холокоста.
👉 Россия не может «манипулировать» Холокостом по определению. Советский Союз его прекратил. Российские власти делают всё, чтобы его история не была забыта.
Приводятся признаки искажения Холокоста, среди которых –«преднамеренные попытки оправдать или минимизировать Холокост или его элементы, включая роль коллаборационистов и союзников нацистской Германии». Т.е. описывается ровно то, чем занимаются Вашингтон, Брюссель и ряд европейских столиц в попытках переписать историю, обелить гитлеровских преступников, украинских националистов и других пособников Третьего рейха.
❌ Российские лидеры и пропагандисты задействуют в качестве оружия антисемитские теории заговора, [о «Золотом миллиарде» и др.].
👉 «Золотой миллиард» — не антисемитская теория заговора, а устойчивое выражение в русском языке, синоним «коллективного Запада», который продолжает насаждать неоколониальный «миропорядок, основанный на правилах».
