🇬🇧 Plurality of Civilizations and Multipolarity
The Fourth Political Theory is based on the fundamental idea of a plurality of civilizations and cultures, that is, the idea of a multipolar world - as history, the current state of affairs and a project for the future.
This means that western civilization, and in particular the modern western civilization that has developed in modern times, is just one of the variants of civilization, and outside of it there existed, exist and, most importantly, must and will exist other civilizations based on original principles distinct.
These non-Western civilizations are:
- Russian (Orthodox-Eurasian) civilization (we start with it, because we are it);
- Chinese (quite unified and now politically formalized);
- Islamic (multipolar and multi-vector itself)
- Indian (not yet acting as an independent pole);
- Latin American (under construction);
- African (potential and represented by the Pan-Africanism project).
Furthermore, two sectors can be distinguished in Western civilization itself:
- Anglo-Saxon (USA, England, Australia, Canada) and
- European-Continental (mainly Franco-German).
At the same time, Western civilization presents itself as unique and universal, equating its values and attitudes with those of all humanity. This is the deep Western racism (ethnocentrism), which was the basis of classical colonialism and remains so - but only a little more veiled - in the projects of globalism.

The Evil of Unipolarity
The current world is unipolar with the global West as its centre and with the United States as its core.
This kind of the unipolarity has geopolitical and ideological characteristics. Geopolitically, it is the strategic dominance of the earth by the North-American hyperpower and the effort of Washington to organize the balance of forces on the planet in such a manner as to be able to rule the whole world in accordance with its own national (imperialistic) interests. It is bad because it deprives other states and nations of their real sovereignty.

Individual and Dividual

We have seen that the whole history of liberalism is a progressive liberation of the individual from all forms of collective identity. The final chord in the process of this logically impeccable implementation of nominalism will be the transition to posthumanism and the likely replacement of humanity by a posthuman civilization. This is precisely what consistent individualism, taken as something absolute, leads to.
But the liberal philosophy approaches a fundamental paradox. The liberation of the individual from human identity cannot guarantee that the new creature will remain an individual.
Thus, the individual of the future will not be able to guarantee exactly what was the main task of liberal progress - individuality. The liberal being of the future, even in theory is not an individual, something "indivisible", but a "dividuum", something divisible and consisting of replaceable parts.

There are three main political ideologies of the Modern: liberalism (of all kinds), communism (of all kinds) and fascism (of all kinds).
They fought each other in the twentieth century to the death. At some point, they all existed based on powerful socio-political and geopolitical blocs. Then they were REAL. But... After 1945 fascism disappeared as something REAL. What remains is his simulacrum, fascism (fascism stroke), pseudo-fascism. This pseudo-fascism or neo-fascism (which is the same thing) was used by liberals to fight communism (back then quite REAL). 1945-1991 there were only two REAL political ideologies - liberalism (West) and communism (Eastern bloc). And there were so many poles. Fascism has become a simulacrum. There is no more fascism after 1945, there is only pseudo-fascism.

After collapse of the Soviet Union, the only remaining ideology in the world is liberalism, the main conductor of which became the United States.
However, despite the total hegemony of Western ideas, many people around the world are engaged in a daily struggle against globalism.
In the post-Soviet space, Eurasianism became the anti-idea of liberalism: we promote our view of the future both through the International Eurasian Movement and the Eurasian Youth Union.
The main ideologist of Eurasianism, Alexander Dugin, proposed the Fourth Political Theory - an alternative model of the world: there is a place not only for the Eurasian Empire, but also for other civilizational poles. Peoples will be able to develop independently, and conflicts will be resolved mainly through the dialogue of civilizations.
However, in order to implement our plans, we need to get rid of the liberal Western contagion. Russia had began its struggle for the civilizational independence. Who is next?

And since these phenomena belong to the history of the West, the Fourth Political Theory considers them a local, regional case. Other civilizations do not necessarily have to go through this stage - Modernity, capitalism, secularism, industrialization and urbanization - may or may not go through. And neither capitalism nor its nationalistic or racist phases represent any universal law of development.
It is indicative that the Russian Slavophiles and their followers both in the right and in the left spectrum of Russian political life of the 19th and early 20th centuries thought in the same way. The Slavophiles rejected the universality of the West and especially the modern West. The same line was supported, on the one hand, by conservative Orthodox-monarchist circles, and, on the other hand, by Russian populists. The Russian Eurasians rejected even more clearly and radically the claims of the West to universality.

"Unipolar" and "multipolar" world
#Multipolarworld #4PT
The theory of international relations distinguishes two types of world orders: the hegemonic order and the balance of power order.
The principle of hegemonism means that within the framework of the order there is a state (or coalition) that surpasses the rest in terms of total resources and power. The balance of power principle assumes that resources are distributed approximately equally among the leading players.
Accordingly, a “unipolar world” is an order based on the hegemony of one power; "multipolar world" is simply a balance of power order in which the resources of the great powers will be approximately equal to each other.

A living relation to space, as to life, forms the essence of Eurasianism. We interpret space as a form of life. In his time, the founder of geopolitics Friedrich Ratzel wrote a book, The State as the Form of Life [Staat als Lebensform]. Since space is the form of life, it cannot be frozen. It resists artificial borders, since it is not possible once and for all to measure it definitely. We are not the ones who build something where we please that supposedly will remain there. All that is needed is built by itself in the right way in the place where it must appear, just as flowers grow or gigantic thousand-year-old rocks lie for ages. After all, they do not merely grow and lie for no reason; they live here. They know what they are doing; their life is in this concrete place, this concrete point of the predetermined Russian space. This is a philosophy of location, of the “place of development,” as Petr Savitsky used to say. This is the voice of the spirit of the native earth, which speaks through all beings — crawling, stirring, flying, climbing, falling, or lying about drunk. The voice is directed toward itself, affirming a certain great truth of vital, spatial forms.
Space is a wise phenomenon. In it, in the earth, reason is contained. This reason speaks and shouts about itself, and it is necessary to be very attentive in order to hear it. When we speak of space we usually express ourselves in this manner: “This is my space, that is your space; this space belongs to my country; that, to yours.” But we relate to space as to a living organism. Moreover, “mine” is not a sign of possession, but a sign of kinship [rodstvo]. Kindred bonds connect a man with the ground, with the living space. Thus, mother-earth. Country-fatherland.
