👍 Three years ago, the talented software engineers from Uzbekistan joined hands with the international DSR team, and since then, we've achieved remarkable milestones and learned and grown together.
Timur Rakhmatullaev, our regional manager, reflects on this journey:

👋 Meet Artyom Kan, our Embedded Software Engineer! He recently completed his probationary period.
👍 Artyom finished QA School at DSR Corporation in August 2022. After a technical interview and an in-person meeting with the DSR Team, he joined DSR Tashkent as an intern. During this time, he studied the C language, data structures, and clean code under the mentorship of Timur Rakhmatullaev.
💬 — "Now, I'm proud to say that my probationary period has ended. During these three months working on a project at an international company, I gained new knowledge and real experience in a commercial project." — Artyom reflects on his journey.

🇺🇿 Last week business managers from DSR's Denver, Porto, Voronezh, and Yokohama-city offices had the business management meeting in Tashkent!
💬 It was their 1st gathering in recent years. The managers discussed the overall company strategy as well as key tactical steps.
📍 Also, the delegation members had a chance to visit the amazing sights of Tashkent and enjoy the Uzbek cuisine.
👍 It was a great time of debriefing highlighting the importance of in-person meetings.

On November 2, 2024, we celebrated the fourth anniversary of the DSR’s office in Tashkent, marking an impressive journey.
The story of the Tashkent office began in November 2020 with a small team of three engineers who joined DSR Corporation. Today, the team has grown to 40 members. Furthermore, 51% of the staff now holds senior-level positions, a testament to the development of professional expertise.
The DSR Tashkent hosts five specialized educational programs: QA App, QA Emb, ESL, .Net, and JS-Bootcamp. Six graduates of these courses have already joined the team.
Happy birthday, DSR Tashkent! May the team continue to grow each year, attracting more talented people!
