Anastasiya is one of the few graduates who successfully completed two of DSR's educational programs, each bringing her closer to her goal of becoming a Fullstack Developer.
She chose both courses as important steps toward that goal. Anastasiya first learned about the QA School Application from a friend and decided to join while she was still at university. After completing the program, she continued her learning journey with the JS Bootcamp.
Now, as a QA Engineer at DSR Corporation, Anastasiya shares how the knowledge and practical skills she gained during both programs helped her succeed in the interview process and launch her career at an international IT company.

DSR Corporation Takes Part in the “Business and Education” Dialogue
On August 26, DSR Corporation took part in the “Business and Education” dialogue, organized jointly by IT Park Uzbekistan and INHA University in Tashkent.
The meeting brought together IT Park residents and university representatives to discuss the needs of the IT market and ways to strengthen cooperation between businesses and the education sector.
🧑🏻💻 Company representatives shared their expectations for future IT specialists. In particular, participants noted the growing demand for qualified cybersecurity professionals. Business representatives also emphasized the need to strengthen AI competencies and prepare specialists who can apply these technologies to solve real-world business challenges.
🗣 Special attention was given to developing soft skills alongside strong technical expertise. As noted during the meeting, it is increasingly important to help young specialists develop communication and teamwork skills, as well as flexibility and adaptability.
🤝 Participants also discussed opportunities to develop internship programs within companies and expand practical training for students. The discussion covered ways to strengthen cooperation between students and IT companies, including organizational and legal aspects of internships and the possibility of establishing tripartite agreements between universities, students, and companies.
