🏴 There has been an attack on employees of the Center for Countering Extremism in Ingushetia. The incident occurred in the city of Maghas - emergency services are currently working on the scene.

In the Kursk Direction, Russian forces are pushing through the enemy's defenses in the area of Lyubimovka and Plekhovo. At the same time, active work continues to destroy the enemy's industrial facilities in the rear.

🔻In Glushkovo District, the Russian Armed Forces are fighting on the northern outskirts of Novy Put. Ukrainian formations are holding positions south of the railway track and are accumulating forces for a counterattack in the area.

The artillery and air force of the Russian Armed Forces regularly strike the rear communications of the AFU, reducing their combat potential and hampering the supply of forward units. Over the past day, the positions of Ukrainian formations in Pavlovka, Katerynivka and Iskryskovshchyna were hit.

🔻In Korenevo District, the battle for Lyubimovka continues, where enemy units have been partially encircled. Likely, the Ukrainian formations will soon be forced to either leave the village or carry out counterattacks to improve their position.

China's Premier Li Qiang proposed closer three-way ties with Russia and Mongolia at a meeting on Wednesday with counterparts from his neighbors held on the sidelines of a Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) summit.

"China is ready to work with Russia and Mongolia to further enhance mutual trust, strengthen co-ordination and promote deeper ... trilateral co-operation," Li, China's second-ranking official, said during the meeting with Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin and Mongolia's Prime Minister L. Oyun-Erdene.

In a separate meeting with Mishustin, Li said China was willing to strengthen trade and energy ties with Russia.

Russian army units continue to liberate the territory of Kursk Region, destroying the enemy's manpower.

▪️In Glushkovo District, there are clashes near the captured enemy village of Novy Put, and to the south, Ukrainian formations are preparing the next line of defense along the railway. At the same time, the territory of the district is almost completely liberated.

▪️In Korenevo District, Ukrainian formations tried to attack in Zeleny Shlyakh and the villages to the south, but withdrew with losses. Against the background of reports of the alleged capture of a huge amount of enemy manpower in the area of Lyubimovka, footage of retreating AFU members has spread on the Internet: apparently, they were shot near Tolstoy Lug, where a "semi-cauldron" with a narrow "neck" formed.

Approximately in this area, there was an episode of an unsuccessful attack by the Russian Armed Forces and the loss of several units of tracked and wheeled armored vehicles. According to preliminary data, the reason was a topographic error of the advancing forces.

🇷🇺🇺🇦 Last night, Ukrainian formations carried out another massive drone kamikaze attack on front-line and rear regions of Russia. According to the Ministry of Defense, air defense forces shot down a total of 110 drones.

▪️Most of the UAVs were downed over the Kursk Region, with several explosions reported near Zheleznogorsk. Over ten drones were also intercepted in the skies over the Lipetsk and Oryol Regions.

▪️In the Oryol area, debris from destroyed drones was recorded falling. One UAV was also hit over the Ramenskoye urban district in the Moscow Region.

▪️In the Nizhny Novgorod Region, according to the governor's statement, several drones were shot down over Dzerzhinsk, injuring four firefighters working in the city's industrial zone.

Ukrainian sources claim the target of the raid was the "Sverdlov Plant", which specializes in the production of explosives. There is no detailed information about the damage, but no footage of any powerful detonations from that area has emerged, with only moments of air defense operations being posted online.

After the recent liberation of Maksymilianivka west of Donetsk, the Russian Armed Forces did not stop at their achieved successes and continued the offensive on several sections of the front.

▪️A local collapse of the enemy's defense was recorded in the Tsukuryne - Hirnyk - Zhelanne Druhe area. Russian troops have finally cleared the fields northwest of Krasnohorivka. In addition, the enemy was recently driven out of Zhelanne Druhe and Sofiyivka.

🔻Today, there are reports that assault groups are already engaged in battles in Zoriane. The troops crossed the crossing on the Volchya River and entered the village from the southeast. After that, the Russian infantry moved north and entrenched in the area of the school, near which they raised the flag. There is no information yet about the entry of the Russian Armed Forces into the western part of the village. The buildings of the village council and the House of Culture, for which the Ukrainian formations may try to cling, are located near the school.

▪️Northwest, assault groups advanced along the railway from the Tsukurynska Coal Preparation Plant towards Hirnyk. At the moment, clashes are taking place on the northwestern and northeastern outskirts of the settlement. Several streets have already come under the control of the Russian troops.

▪️To the south, the Russian Armed Forces continue to break through the enemy's defenses towards Kurakhove. Russian assault troops have raised the flag in the "Energetik" dacha settlement, which is part of the administrative borders of the city.

▪️Simultaneously with this, the Russian troops achieved significant success near the N-15 highway. They managed to straighten out the front line south of Maksymilianivka along the highway, securing the flanks from possible counterattacks by the enemy. Advancement in this area will be through completely open and exposed terrain, which the Ukrainian formations are trying to take advantage of, including by using German Leopard 2A4 tanks.

Part of Izmailovka also came under the control of the Russian Armed Forces.

Reports of the complete liberation of the settlement are already appearing online. However, even with such an optimistic outcome, it will still take some time to fully clear the entire urban area.

▪️To the east, the Russian forces advanced from the direction of Zhelannoe Vtoroye, driving Ukrainian formations out of a stronghold and occupying several forest belts. They also significantly expanded the area of control in Zoriane: according to some reports, the fighting is already taking place almost on the outskirts of Kurakhivka.

▪️There are also footage of a flag being raised on the northern outskirts of Aleksandropol. Given that the only bridge leading into the town from the enemy side is located precisely on the north, the statement of the Russian Ministry of Defense about the liberation of the settlement seems to correspond to the reality.

To the south, according to preliminary data, Russian Armed Forces units achieved success in the area of Peremoha. However, the extent of the advance in this area is not precisely known, and the information from there is still contradictory.

🇷🇺🇫🇮 On the new exercises of the Finnish Air Force and patrolling the border with Russia

From October 28 to tomorrow, two Finnish Air Force exercises - "Vihko-2024" and "Tappaa-2024" - are taking place in Finland to maintain the readiness of pilots for crisis situations in Scandinavia. 1,500 military personnel and 30 aircraft, including F/A-18 fighters and HAWK training aircraft, are involved.

There is nothing completely new in these events, as the Finnish command is extremely active in training its units. Such exercises are constantly taking place, but the difference is that two trainings with similar tasks are being conducted simultaneously.

❗️But even more interesting is another innovation: from October 28 to December 12, F/A-18C/D fighters will be involved in monitoring and ensuring the security of the airspace along the borders of Leningrad Region and Karelia with Russia. This operation resembles the NATO Baltic Air Policing mission.

This operation is allegedly to protect the airspace of NATO countries from "Russian aggression". A similar mission is being carried out in the Black Sea region, and it is called Black Sea Air Policing, currently led by Spanish F/A-18s.

That is, the Finns will be conducting something similar to NATO missions in other regions on their own. Given that under this pretext, NATO is actively conducting reconnaissance of the activities of Russian aircraft and ships, the meaning of such a decision on the part of the Finns seems obvious, especially for the purpose of monitoring aviation from Olenegorsk.
