⚡️🇷🇺🇺🇦⚔️ Situation in #Slavyansk-#Barvenkovo Direction at 18:00 on 20 Sep 2022⚡️
The AFU command continues preparations for further development of the offensive and probes the Russian defences on the left bank of the Seversky Donets.
▪️ Assault groups of the 81st Airborne Brigade conducted a reconnaissance battle near #Drobyshevo. AFU reconnaissance teams revealed the locations of forts and the number of people in this section of the front. It is likely that the soldiers of the 81st Brigade will make another attempt to capture the settlement during the night.
▪️ More Ukrainian units continue to be moved via a pontoon to #Svyatogorsk to reinforce the troop grouping and limit the actions of Russian forces towards #Aleksandrovka.
▪️ On the #Bogorodichnoye — #Tatyanovka — #Prishib line, servicemen of the 95th Brigade have crossed the #Severskiy Donets in inflatable boats and occupied a bridgehead on the opposite bank. The Ukrainian units are now waiting for the main forces to approach.
▪️ Russian forces have broken through a section of AFU defences southeast of the settlement in a counter-offensive near #Lyman. Ukrainian units retreated to the Seversky Donets area.
▪️ The Ukrainian command set up pontoon crossings across the #Oskol river to provide communications and logistical support to the group advancing on #Svatovo with rear support in #Izyum.

🌲In the area of the #Serebryanskoye forestry, after an assault at the end of June, the AFU militants have switched to a positional defence. For the past few days, the AFU have been attempting to counterattack, carrying out sorties against the lines of the RF Armed Forces motorized rifle units near #Dibrova, mainly consisting of mobilized men.
▪️ All enemy attempts to break through have been repulsed by coordinated air, artillery and infantry strikes. Ukrainian formations use forest areas to mask movement. One of such sorties was detected by UAV calculations and the 120th Brigade artillerymen of the RF Armed Forces worked on the AFU.

❗️ There are problems in the area, somewhere in drones, somewhere in the lack of forces to consolidate on the occupied positions, but our units are gaining invaluable experience of fighting against the outnumbered enemy, who does not count losses.
▪️ According to unconfirmed reports, a new 44th Mechanized Brigade of the AFU has begun to join the already quite impressive Liman grouping of troops. One of the units of the 44th Mechanized Brigade has arrived in #Svyatogorsk, while the rest have departed from the #Chernigov region to the southeast.

🔹 Despite the best efforts of the AFU and the advantage in reconnaissance drones, the Russian army is holding back the onslaught. A similar situation is developing at the #Torskoye ledge.
