🇫🇷 Pavel Durov (Telegram owner) accused the French authorities of selling businessmen's data to criminals.

Durov stated that the kidnappings of cryptocurrency owners in France occurred due to leaks and because officials sell data to criminals. If the authorities gain access to social media correspondence, this will lead to new victims.

"41 kidnappings of cryptocurrency owners in France in the first 3.5 months of 2026.

Why?

🥖 French tax officials are selling cryptocurrency owners' data to criminals (Galia S.) + massive leaks of the tax database.

Now, the same state also wants to obtain identifiers and personal messages of social media users.

More data → More leaks → More victims.

That's why Telegram chose to leave the French market rather than grant its corrupt officials access to personal messages. 🐶"

🇺🇸For the 2027 fiscal year, the Pentagon requested $54.6 billion for the Autonomous Warfare Group (DAWG).

This is 24,000% more compared to $225.9 million in 2026.

▪️DAWG was established in 2025 as the successor to the Replicator initiative to centralize and accelerate the implementation of AI and autonomous platforms.

Now, it is transforming from an experimental coordination center into a major customer, whose budget exceeds the annual spending of the U.S. Marine Corps ($52.8 billion for 2027).

The sharp increase in funding is due to the transition from the design and prototype stage to the large-scale production of unmanned and robotic systems.

➡️Fwd from RYBAR 🔊

Where did it all go?
The US quickly ran out of missiles.

The US spending on the operation against Iran has generated much debate in the American media. It's been widely debated how many billions were spent on the war and how much will be spent on restoration.

One of the expenditure items will be the arsenal of high-precision long-range cruise missiles (JASSM), of which the US plans to acquire nearly 4,300 from Lockheed Martin over the next five years.

🔻What's the status of these missiles?

➡️Production of 821 missiles is planned for the upcoming fiscal year, with annual purchases increasing to approximately 900 by 2028 and stabilizing at 860 per year thereafter.

➡️The goal is to increase the total stockpile to 11,000 missiles by 2031 as part of efforts to replenish stockpiles depleted during recent operations. ➡️Moreover, the Americans ordered 360-380 missiles for 2026, clearly not planning for large expenditures on this type of weapon.
🖍Bloomberg's calculations are hardly accurate. They indicate a total stockpile of 11,000, ignoring the fact that some missiles have long since been expended, while others are no longer combat-ready.

🚩In the first four weeks of the last war alone, the US Congress mentioned the expenditure of over 1,000 of the latest modification of the JASSM-ER missiles, out of a total production of approximately 2,300.

🏳️This does not include missiles expended in the summer or those whose shelf life has expired. It also does not take into account that some of the JASSMs produced have been and will be exported to partner countries such as Australia or Poland.

❗️Therefore, the US plans for restoration are grandiose, but this will take many years and will cost hundreds of billions of dollars. And such media calculations will accompany this process for a very long time.

⚡️A NATO fighter jet has for the first time (officially) shot down a Russian drone over Ukraine.

The Eurofighter Typhoon FGR4 fighter jet of the Royal Air Force of the United Kingdom was launched from an airbase in Romania during a nighttime Russian attack in western Ukraine.

The pilot detected the drone at a distance of 1.5 km from the border with Romania and shot it down with an "air-to-air" missile.

An American millionaire was trampled to death by five elephants, reports the Daily Mail.

According to the publication, the 75-year-old American businessman and hunter, Ernie Dosio, was in the dense tropical forest in Africa with a professional hunter when they unexpectedly encountered a herd of five female forest elephants with a calf. The animals, sensing a threat, attacked the humans.

The professional hunter was knocked down and suffered serious injuries, losing his weapon. Dosio himself, armed with a shotgun, was unable to defend himself and was trampled by the elephants.

African elephants are considered the largest land animals on the planet: females can reach almost four meters in height and can reach speeds of up to 40 km/h, which makes them extremely dangerous in an attack, adds the Daily Mail.

❗️🇮🇷🇮🇱Serious Spying case -- two Israeli F-15 aircraft technicians passed on sensitive information they accessed and spied for Iran for months.

🔻Two Israeli Air Force (IAF) technicians stationed at the Tel Nof Airbase were indicted on April 23, 2026, for allegedly spying for Iranian intelligence over several months. The suspects, identified as Sagi Haik (19) and Asaf Shitrit (21), served as mechanics for F-15 fighter jets and are accused of providing highly sensitive military data in exchange for financial gain.

🔻The information passed to Iranian handlers included:

Technical Data: Detailed schematics and diagrams of F-15 aircraft engines and other fighter jet systems.

Base Documentation: Photographs of the Tel Nof facility, including its control tower, runways, and drones.

Personnel Targeting: Photos of a flight instructor’s face and intelligence gathered on the residential locations of high-ranking officials, including National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir and former IDF Chief of Staff Herzi Halevi.

Assassination Plots: One of the suspects reportedly told handlers he would "check and try" to carry out a request to target IAF chief Major General Tomer Bar.

🔻Charges and Wider Investigation

Severe Charges: Both men face charges of providing information to an enemy and contact with a foreign agent. Due to the sensitivity of the breach during wartime (Operation Roaring Lion), prosecutors are considering elevating charges against one suspect to treason.

Eight additional soldiers at the base are under investigation for allegedly knowing about the suspicious activities but failing to report them.

The contact began approximately a year ago, with one technician agreeing to a monthly salary of roughly $1,300 from his Iranian handler. The pair claimed they eventually tried to sever ties when asked to perform tasks involving weapons, but later attempted to renew contact for more money.

▪️This case is part of a broader "espionage epidemic" in Israel, with over 50 citizens indicted for spying for Iran since October 2023.
