⚡️🇷🇺🇺🇦⚔️ #Donbass Offensive: Situation in Eastern #Ukraine at the End of 15 Sep 2022⚡️
Border areas of the Russian Federation:
▪️ Ukrainian formations shelled the village of #Borki in Valuysky district of #Belgorod region with mortars again this morning, but no one was injured.
▪️ Ukrainian Forces also shelled the #Nekhoteevka border crossing and destroyed a customs building and a petrol station in the border area. In addition, the enemy continued to shell the nearby village of Krasny Khutor.
#Kharkov Direction:
▪️ Ukrainian Forces continue to clear the areas abandoned by Russian Forces and prepare for further attack attempts against Russian positions.
▪️ Artillery of the 14th Army Brig´s 2nd company are establishing firing positions in #Shevchenkovo, #Bezmyatezhny and #Gryanikovka.
Artillery units of the 14th Brigade of the AFU have been deployed near #Volchansk, #Varvarovka and #Veseloye. Pioneer units are building positions in the border settlements.
▪️ During the night, Russian forces carried out several missile attacks on an AFU facility in the Kiev district of #Kharkov.
#Slavyansk-#Barvenkovo Direction:
▪️ According to unconfirmed reports, Russian forces have left #Studenok to avoid being encircled from the #Oskol.
▪️ At the same time, units of the 54th AFU Brigade were able to push Russian Forces out of #Sosnovoye.
▪️ Positional fighting is taking place near #Lyman and #Yampol. The Ukrainian command continues to send DRGs across the #Oskol river into Russian territory.
#Bakhmut (#Artemovsk) Direction:
▪️ Wagner PMC assault units are engaged in positional fights in the east of #Bakhmut, striking AFU positions with artillery and mortar fire.
▪️ South of #Bakhmut, Allied Forces continue their offensive in the vicinity of #Zaitsevo.
▪️ Near #Seversk, fighting continues near the village of #Spornoye.
#Donetsk Direction:
▪️ The 100th regiment of the DPR People's Militia managed to capture the AFU's first line of defence east of #Krasnogorovka.
▪️ At the same time, Ukrainian militants shelled the #Donetsk agglomeration again: #Donetsk, #Makeevka, #Gorlovka, #Yasinovataya and other surrounding settlements were hit again.
#Zaporozhye Direction:
▪️ Artillery duels between both sides across the #Dnipro River continue. Ukrainian militants shelled the ZNPP and #Energodar from positions in #Nikopol and #Marganets, which was retaliated by Russian artillerymen.
▪️ In #Nikopol, Russian Forces have fired Iranian-made kamikaze drones at targets.
#KrivoyRog Direction:
▪️ An AFU grouping consisting of a company of the 128th Guards Brigade and an armoured platoon of the 17th Brigade attempted to attack the positions of Russian Airborne troops near #Kostyrka and #Novopetrovka, but suffered heavy losses and retreated to the initial positions.

By early October 3, Russian troops have so far failed to mount a counteroffensive and regain lost positions near Zolotaya Balka. Due to bad weather last night and throughout the night, the fighting practically subsided and Russian Air Force aviation could not operate.
Fighting resumed in the morning.
▪️ On the #KrivoyRog section of the front, units of 128 Brigade, together with 60 Brigade and 17 Brigade of the AFU, have been conducting an offensive in the direction of #Kreshchenovka- #Shevchenkovka since 2 October.
▪️ In the course of combat operations, with fire support from 67 and 406 Brigade from the #Trudolyubovka area, Ukrainian formations have entrenched themselves along the #Novovorontsovka - #Novoaleksandrovka highway.
▪️ AFU units attempted to advance towards #Dudchany, but Russian forces repulsed the offensive. Artillery duels are taking place between Zolotaya Balka and #Dudchany. The Ukrainian armed forces are setting up strongholds in the occupied positions.
The Ukrainian formations with the forces of the composite BTGr intend to consolidate in the area of #Dudchany with the subsequent reaching the flank of the Russian grouping in the #Olgino sector and its operational encirclement.
At the same time, we should expect an assault on the Russian positions in the direction of #Novopetrovka and Davydov Brod in the #Andreevka sector to continue.
