❗️🇷🇺🇺🇦 As expected: the Ukrainian side published footage of the strike on the air defense position area at Cape Tarkhankut. Only the S-300 air defense system, and not the S-400, as well as a fuel truck, fell under attack, but the fact that the destruction…
Judging by the footage, the drone was located northwest of the impact site, that is, in the Black Sea, somewhere south of the Tendrovskaya Spit. I immediately recall how a month and a half ago the Armed Forces of Ukraine began testing the Tekever AR5 UAV together with the V-BAT, including for reconnaissance of the situation on the Kinburn Peninsula.

Considering that the Portuguese drone is equipped with the latest technology, it was not difficult to capture the moment of arrival while over the Black Sea. And it is highly likely that he took off from Vilkovo or Odessa, which again raises the issue of attacks on Ukrainian infrastructure along the coast.

📌 As for the impact itself, the arrival power is not too high. This makes one doubt the version with an anti-ship missile - the main part of the explosion was caused by the secondary detonation of the ammunition.

Taking into account the activity of Ukrainian boats, which even approached 30 km, it is quite possible that a ship-based version of the Brimstone II high-precision missile was used in the attack. Its range makes it possible to hit from such a distance, and the power of the warhead is relatively small.

🔻 And again the question arises why Ukrainian boats come so close to the coast of Crimea. They did this more than once, practicing such tactics, and only yesterday some countermeasures were taken. But this is not enough: a systematic defeat of the entire Ukrainian fleet is needed, and this requires changes in the organization of the Russian Navy.

❗️🇷🇺🇺🇦 Another attack of the Ukrainian Armed Forces on Crimea A couple of hours ago, Ukrainian formations again tried to strike military targets in Crimea. First, at around 10.20, a Neptune anti-ship missile was fired from the Odessa region, which was shot…
Then the MANPADS crew at the Kacha airfield knocked out a UAV of an unknown type. And literally 10 minutes later, the Tekever AR3 UAV, which flew from the Kherson region, near Cape Tarkhankut, was destroyed from the S-300 air defense system.

🔻Two hours later, the attack resumed: four Su-24M bombers launched at least seven Storm Shadow cruise missiles. Two of them were shot down over Steregushchiy, and several more on approach to Sevastopol.

At least one Storm Shadow flew to the headquarters of the Black Sea Fleet. There are currently no data on casualties or deaths. And now the danger of repeated missile strikes remains.

❗️🇷🇺🇺🇦 Regarding the missile strike on Dzhankoy

Last night, the AFU launched an attack on the airfield in Dzhankoy. Around 12 ATACMS operational-tactical missiles were utilized for the strike, likely originating from the Kherson region.

▪️ The assault was executed in two phases. The initial strike involved seven missiles, seemingly equipped with cluster warheads, while the second wave deployed at least five. Some equipment at the airfield sustained damage, along with one of the buildings.

▪️ The attack could have employed both MGM-140A with a range of up to 165 km and MGM-140B with a combat radius of 300 km. By launching from the outskirts of Kherson, the AFU can easily reach Dzhankoy, even with the initial versions of ATACMS.

❗️Similar to previous strikes, an American RQ-4B drone freely patrolled the airspace south of Crimea, overseeing the operation.

However, even in its absence, the adversary obtained the necessary information. Clear footage of the attacks is available on the Internet, thanks to the actions of pro-Ukrainian residents of the city, as well as some minors. These recordings provide essential insights.

The question remains as to why residents of Russian Crimea are seemingly untroubled by the repercussions of such actions. The lack of concrete punitive measures hampers the apprehension and prosecution of such individuals, thereby endangering our military personnel.

🔻Meanwhile, Ukrainian forces are actively preparing for larger-scale assaults on the peninsula. A few days ago, there was an unsuccessful attempt to target the control point in Berdyansk, followed by today's attack on the airfield.

The objective is clear. Disrupt the coordination of our units by neutralizing command posts and causing significant damage to air defense forces. Achieving these dual aims, particularly with the fleet already weakened, is crucial for the AFU before targeting the Crimean Bridge.

Over the past day, Russian forces struck military infrastructure targets in Ukraine.

In turn, Ukraine launched ATACMS missiles at air defenses on Cape Tarkhankut in Crimea, with no casualties.

In the Lyman direction, Russian forces continue the offensive near Makiivka, establishing control over the eastern outskirts.

In the Avdiivka direction, Russian forces are advancing towards Arkhanhel's'ke and engaged in battles in Keramik. After clearing Novokalynove, the pressure on Ukrainian positions will intensify.

In the Donetsk direction, fierce battles continue on the territory of the refractory plant and in Krasnohorivka. Russian units expanded control in Netailovo, where Ukraine has begun preparations for a possible withdrawal towards Karlivka.

❗️🇷🇺🇺🇦 Activity of Ukrainian USVs near the Crimean Peninsula

🔻 Last night, Ukrainian formations attempted to attack the base of the Black Sea Fleet and the FSB border service in Chernomorske with four unmanned surface vehicles (USVs).

▪️Around 4-5 AM, four USVs were detected by Russian servicemen, and fire was opened on them. As a result, the drones were destroyed near the boom barriers, failing to break through to Uzka Bay.

▪️This situation once again demonstrates the importance of such basic things as boom barriers. Their presence simply did not allow the maritime drones to penetrate the base and easily repel the attack.

▪️However, this group of USVs was not the only one: another squad of drones was spotted near Cape Tarkhankut. After detecting their movement, the unmanned boats turned around and left in the opposite direction.

❗️ The activity of USVs has increased near the Crimean Peninsula. The day before yesterday, about five to six drones appeared near the Kerch Strait, due to which the bridge was closed. The search for the drones continued for several hours, but the USVs disappeared in an unknown direction.

The number of USVs these days indicates that the AFU are assessing the state of the defensive fortifications in Crimea. The presence of drones has been noted at the bridge, at Tarkhankut, and in Chernomorske, but in small numbers, whereas in the last attack on the large landing ship, more than ten USVs were involved at once.

At the same time, according to the already classic scheme, before the attack on Crimea, a British reconnaissance aircraft RC-135 was operating 100 km southwest of Sevastopol.

Given this and the upcoming weekends in Russia, one should expect massive strikes by the AFU. Moreover, the enemy has been pausing for several days, clearly accumulating forces for an attack.

❗️🇷🇺🇺🇦 Meanwhile, Ukrainian forces decided to "congratulate" the Black Sea Fleet in their own way on the holiday. Since early morning, due to the enemy's air activity in Crimea, the missile danger alert has been triggered three times.

During the first attack, according to the Russian Ministry of Defense, four Storm Shadow missiles and seven drones launched from the Kherson region were shot down.

The next two alerts in southern Russia were false alarms due to flights of cruise missile carriers over the Mykolaiv region. Given how much the Western curators love symbolic dates for their attacks, this is clearly not the last attempt for today.

❗️🇷🇺🇺🇦 Missile Strike on Belbek

🔻During the night, Ukrainian forces carried out a new strike on Crimean airfields. This time, the target was Belbek, where up to 16 ATACMS tactical ballistic missiles with cluster warheads were launched.

▪️The sounds of the 31st Air Force and Air Defense Division were heard by the population of Crimea and Sevastopol around 2 AM. Flashes and explosion sounds in the sky were even reported by residents of Chernomorske. In total, about 13 missiles were shot down on the approaches to Belbek.

▪️Unfortunately, one or two missiles could not be intercepted. And the results of the impact became known to the whole world again thanks to the publication of a video from a surveillance camera online. How and why this is still possible in the third year of the war is a rhetorical question.

❗️As we and our colleagues have noted before, until criminal liability is introduced for publishing such videos and photos, Ukrainian forces will easily assess the results of their strikes even without the help of NATO satellites.

🔻It is not entirely clear where the missile launch was carried out from. Past raids were from the Beryslav area. But the enemy usually changes positions to avoid detection. And the 300 km range of ATACMS increases the combat capabilities of the AFU.

At the same time, it is not excluded that this time the launch was carried out from the Kherson region. However, some of our sources report that the flight of the missiles was recorded from the direction of Zmiinyi. So the launchers could have been somewhere near Vylkove on the border with Romania.

❗️Local residents report that during recent attacks by the Armed Forces of Ukraine on targets in Crimea, a “bright satellite” was visible in the sky.

There is no talk of randomness. The appearance of the device is almost always recorded synchronously with missile strikes.

The high-altitude reconnaissance drone RQ-4B Global Hawk of the US Air Force, after a series of strange maneuvers, returned to its usual “Crimean” route.

Today's flight of the RQ-4B is attracting special attention.

After likely impacting the UAV with electronic warfare means, it went into Romanian airspace, from where it completed a “loop” and returned to neutral airspace.

🇷🇺🇺🇦 Missile strike on the port of Kavkaz

A few hours ago, residents of Kerch in Crimea and Taman on the opposite side of the Kerch Strait observed a missile attack by the AFU on the port of Kavkaz. Photos and videos of the enemy's impact can be found online from various angles.

It is unnecessary to discuss why detailed results of AFU strikes are repeatedly seen in the public domain. We and many of our colleagues in the industry have grown tired of lamenting this.

📌 Let's focus in more detail on the attack.

According to preliminary data, the enemy used two anti-ship missiles "Neptune". The exact launch area is still unknown, but it is highly likely that the launch was from the Zaporizhia Region (the use of anti-ship missiles against ground targets is no longer news).

At the same time, the option of a launch from the Odesa Region should not be ruled out. Earlier this year, Ukrainian media reported on the modernization of Neptune missiles to a range of 500 km by reducing the warhead.

As a result, one of the missiles was shot down, but the second one still reached the target, flying over the Sea of Azov at low altitude. The target hit was a ferry transporting fuel tanks.

It is difficult to say why the "Neptune" could not be shot down, given that its characteristics have long been known, especially to Crimean units. It is quite possible that a combination of factors played a role, including surprise, a new route, and a small number of missiles fired.

🔻However, the invisible consequences of the attack are more important:

In addition to the loss of fuel tanks, the ferry service has been suspended, which will affect fuel supplies to the peninsula, as well as the operation of the port itself.

Of course, these are solvable problems and they are temporary in nature, but overall they fit into the West's plan to strike at Russia's energy infrastructure (the sharply rising fuel prices in southern Russia are a testament to this) and to cut off communication with Crimea.

It should not be forgotten that the AFU and their curators have not forgotten their main goal of destroying the Crimean Bridge. Moreover, the attack in the Kursk Region, the raids on the Tendra Spit - all this is closely related to the enemy's further plans in the Crimean direction.

❗️Given today's strike, in the coming days, there may well be drone launches to the peninsula in order to force the Russian Armed Forces to expend ammunition, and then, while there are supply problems, strike with something more serious, including the bridge.
