Our brother, friend and teacher, Mehdi Vafaei (R.A.), who all of you knew as "M.V."... has left this world and returned to ALLAH (SWT).
Habibi Mehdi aka Anti-Tumor, may not have ascended on the battlefield, but he was a Shahid nevertheless--for the ink of the scholar is even more precious than the blood of the martyr, and Mehdi, while he didn't see himself as such because he was too humble, was indeed a scholar; an intellectual; a philosopher; and a mouhaqqiq (researcher) of the highest order.
He was also an incomparably brilliant musician and beat-maker. Our album, "Eternally Husseini II: Arkbound", was in the works when Operation Al-Aqsa Flood erupted. I make a promise to him - and to all of you - that though I'm gutted and don't know how to move forward without him here... The record will come out. And it will be the flyest thing you've ever heard.
"Haji" as well as "Martin" and I, along with "Resistance Creed", owe more to him than I can infuse into an INFINITE number of Telegram posts, let alone one, and... We're... devastated. Just... Shattered.
Shahid Mehdi was a ferocious truth-teller and didn't give one damn who he offended. The number-one enemy of all of humanity was the Jews and anyone who was too cowardly to name them, he absolutely despised. We carry that torch--in every capacity.
On a personal note... I can only say... That I loved him as much as my own flesh and blood. And he wasn't just my friend, brother and teacher, nor just my producer... He was like my father. He was a beacon whose glimmer will never be matched by any other shine.

Dear Mehdi, akhi, I still can't believe it yo. I still can't believe it. You've been a huge presence in my life, more so than I ever even realised. And yet I don't feel like you're even gone.
Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji'un.
Some people are just meant to come into your life. Some people, because of their purpose and what they were put here to do, it is non-negotiable that they must cross paths with those others similarly guided. Mehdi is our people and we're his. We became a tight unit under Mehdi. We're a band of brothers united by a love for justice and for the truth - wherever it leads - which is, honestly, what Islam is.
I've said to close friends before something that I'll repeat now. I feel like I won the lottery knowing akhi Mehdi and akhi Jonathan too. I say that because they both played their parts in guiding me to Islam and I believe with all of my heart that in his way, Mehdi did the work of Allah (SWT). Mehdi guided us all to the truth in so many different ways. It wasn't merely spiritual truths that he impressed upon us, but the necessary geopolitical truths, sometimes bitter, that we must understand in order to succeed. That's non-negotiable too.
Mehdi contributed more to us here in this group than I can quite do justice to with words. Call it serendipity that our paths crossed, I believe it was more. May Allah (SWT) continue to guide us. We spent the Flood together, subhan'Allah, and you'll be with us in our hearts from here on out. Every post we write is gonna be up to Big Baba's editorial standards. And every dumb anti-Semitic meme we post, our laughter wouldn't be complete without you.
Mehdi was a rare person who you could laugh your arse off with one minute, and have your mind blown the next. He could be fiery in his manner and way of speaking but there was no room for arrogance in his heart. Not even to the extent of a mustard seed. He could bust balls, and hilariously so at that, but he was always motivated selflessly. He was driven by his love for Islam and Islam alone. He never, ever pursued selfish considerations.
I'll never forget you akhi Mehdi, Big Baba. I'll never forget your humourful laugh, the kind of laugh that when you hear it over the phone I can hear your eyes are smiling. We're gonna miss the 'Baba' jokes but we're gonna continue them in your honour. We got you Baba!
You think I'm ever gonna write some lame half-arsed shit again with Big Baba looking over my shoulder?! Every post is going to be incisive and will strike the truth it needs to. You set us on our path and Subhan'ALLAH you helped to guide me to the Straight Path.
Alhamdulillah that Mehdi came into my life. Alhamdulillah that Mehdi came into all of our lives. Born on November 2nd, 1970 to Hajj Haydar (H.A.), an Iranian revolutionary diplomat from Taleghan, and Lady Fatemeh (H.A.), a pious, Zaynabi woman from Mazandaran, the man who I would deem Anti-Tumor, aka "Big Baba", "King Crane" and "Khalas Khalkhali", was DESTINED to be a soldier of Thawra al-Islamiyya (the Islamic Revolution). A distant relative of his was none other than Ayatollah Sayyed Mahmoud Taleghani (R.A.)
Due to his father's duties, he'd visit China; India; Mauritania; and many other places, getting acquainted with myriad cultures, especially the music. He spent time in his native Iran amidst the Imposed War and saw numerous figures of the Islamic Revolution - both heroes and villains - in action. It'd have a profound impact on who he'd become later on.
Ultimately, once again, due to the work of Hajj Haydar, he wound up in Sweden--where he'd hone his artistic and musical genius and go on to become an award-winning and highly sought after guitarist. What he was capable of on those strings was nothing less than otherworldly. He played several other instruments and was a master of keyboard synths too.
Above and beyond his music skills, he was also a formidable martial artist, having perfected his discipline in the traditional school of Iranian wrestling as well as jiu-jitsu.
Like Malcolm X (R.A.) and Shahrokh Zargham (R.A.) before their own returns to Sirat al-Moustaqeem (the upright path), Anti-Tumor's wild time in the music industry led him down the darker directions of life, oftentimes getting himself entangled with gangsters.
And then, in 2001, his life came to screeching halt when he was diagnosed with Hodgkin's lymphoma. 🖤🇮🇷🖤

Defying the diagnosis and initially continuing the lifestyle that he'd later condemn vehemently with every fiber in his being as an "illusion crafted by the Jews", the cancer of the lymphatic system would begin to break Shahid Mehdi down.
It wasn't until 2004 that he began chemotherapy and it was something he'd later regret immensely, as it was invented by the demonic Jew Paul Ehrlich (L.A.)--and nothing that comes from a Jew can ever, EVER TRULY redeem or heal. There's always some shaytanic catch.
The doctors only gave him a year to live... But he kept fighting for 20+ more. Allahu Akbar.
On and off from 2004 to 2012, he underwent various forms of radiation and the brutal "treatment" took a horrific toll on his body--even worse than the cancer itself.
His immune system was shattered and up until the day he ascended, he was susceptible to the common cold. His right kidney was badly damaged and he also lost his spleen.
Amidst all this hardship... He reconnected with Islam in an emphatic and miraculous way, leveling up in his Farsi; diving deep into his Arabic; and developing revolutionary consciousness bit by bit, reading anything that he could get his hands on in the four languages he spoke fluently - Farsi, Arabic, Swedish, and English - and the two other languages he spoke partially, French and German.
It was in 2012 that, against all odds; calculations; diagnoses; and the doctors' ominous predictions... He was declared cancer-free.
Damn sure wasn't the chemo which fixed his frail and battered frame either! That poison nearly killed him.
It was ALLAH (SWT), Who had much bigger, much GREATER plans for Mehdi Vafaei. It was ALLAH (SWT), Al-Mousawwir (The Fashioner), Who was fashioning King Crane into a weapon.

But the Yahoud, the Killers Of The Prophets and Imams, as a whole.
He would then take this methodology to apply it to his homeland of Iran and what he loved more than anything in the world--the Islamic Revolution. Through his meticulous - bordering on "autistic" (his word, not mine!) - and unrelenting research, he'd discover a Jewish conspiracy against Iran called "Project Zaytoun (Olive)", also known as "Olive Branch" and the "Olive Network". The key cogs in the machinery of this scheme against Imam Khomeini (R.A.) were the Anusim, identified by Ayatollah Mohammad-Reza Faker (R.A.) as a pernicious hive numbering 100,000.
Shahid Mehdi would come to grips with the uncomfortable truth that the applecart in Iran was not being upset by the Reformist-Principlist Divide... But a Jew-Muslim divide, with the enemy present in all camps and on all sides.
In late November of 2017, whilst I was being viciously persecuted and threatened with 5-7 years in prison by B'nai B'rith, I was introduced to Mehdi by his little brother Reza, who Mehdi would save from street-life and teach how to do Salat, reconnecting him with the Deen.
