anyone using supplements needs to know this as they come with benefits BUT also possible risks and limitations. The Relive Greens is a whole food source, including well-balanced magnesium - if you take a 'magnesium supplement' where it lists the magnesium amount on the label that is an isolated, and often, synthetic version. Nothing in nature e.g. an apple, has a label with exact nutritional quantities on it, because everything in nature is unique –YES there are similarities, but the exact ratio of vitamins, minerals, fibre etc is different in each apple. We have been brainwashed to think synthetic vitamins and minerals work and generally (with some exceptions) often they do not, our bodies do not recognise and utilise them in the same way that they do natural ingredients... so Relive Greens, as I say in the description under the post, has the great combination of vitamins and minerals that our bodies need ... it’s the perfect way to get your bioavailable magnesium - if you look up the ingredients you will see how great they are as a magnesium source.
