Recognising you are in a chronic state of stress is the first step - common signs are given above. It doesn’t have to be that way…in fact its vital that once you recognise this you make changes ASAP as chronic stress is a killer… when we are young we think that we and our body can cope - but its all taking a toll and, if not addressed, its ‘if’ not ‘when’ this will floor us, physically or emotionally.
