anyone using supplements needs to know this as they come with benefits BUT also possible risks and limitations. If you have high cortisol (any of these symptoms) then always start with Magnesium - either a great quality spray and / or a good quality bio-available magnesium for ingestion… give it at least 1 - 2 weeks using consistently and then see how you feel.
