Our ‘modern’ lifestyles just don’t do us any favors at all. We are now more disconnected from others than ever before, more people are sick and depressed, with no real solutions being given by “the experts”... but there are some really easy steps we can all take now -
1. Take off your shoes for 10 mins a day and ground.
2. 5 mins breathing exercise am and pm (or when needed).
3. Replace at least 1 meal a day with a fresh home prepared meal largely consisting of fruit or vegetables.
4. Make time to meet a friend in person OR help someone in your local community.

Many of us are caught in a stress cycle - this can push our Cortisol balance off with disastrous consequences - taking these symptoms seriously and getting help to address this is so important, as it can lead to serious health issues and poor quality of life. My top tips are 1. Exercise - free and a quick way to lower cortisol 2. Look at your diet - when we eat processed foods we stress our body - fact - introduce some organic fruit and veg or high quality shakes and supplements (get advice if needed) 3. Magnesium - start with a high quality magnesium spray - magnesium is crucial for managing our stress response and most of us are deficient 4.
