Long walks outdoors are the secret to a lean body and a productive and creative mind.
If you aren’t hitting at least 8K steps a day at minimum then you’re missing out on the impact walking has on your life.
Move your body to move your mind is something I live by.
What do I mean by this?
Walks in nature throughout my day to shift stagnancy in my mind and avoid any potential burnout.
The mind-body connection is a profound one. When our bodies are stimulated with efficient movement our minds can operate with greater levels of productivity.
You don’t have to exert yourself crazily to be in phenomenal physical condition. I personally only go to the gym to three to four times a week max these days and I still remain a fairly low body fat percentage just by hitting 12-15K steps each day.
