I know it can be a minefield - knowing what to use / what not to use. Please don’t feel we have make all these changes at once - but good water is top of my list. Why? Because up to 60% of the human adult body is water. According to Mitchell and others (1945), the brain and heart are composed of 73% water, and the lungs are about 83% water. The skin contains 64% water, muscles and kidneys are 79%, and even the bones are watery: 31%. Ensuring the water we drink is safe and as toxin free as possible is one of the biggest improvements to our health AND THE HEALTH OF OUR ANIMALS. Many of us are caught in a stress cycle - this can push our Cortisol balance off with disastrous consequences - taking these symptoms seriously and getting help to address this is so important, as it can lead to serious health issues and poor quality of life. My top tips are 1. Exercise - free and a quick way to lower cortisol 2. Look at your diet - when we eat processed foods we stress our body - fact - introduce some organic fruit and veg or high quality shakes and supplements (get advice if needed) 3. Long walks outdoors are the secret to a lean body and a productive and creative mind.

If you aren’t hitting at least 8K steps a day at minimum then you’re missing out on the impact walking has on your life.

Move your body to move your mind is something I live by.

What do I mean by this?

Walks in nature throughout my day to shift stagnancy in my mind and avoid any potential burnout.

The mind-body connection is a profound one. When our bodies are stimulated with efficient movement our minds can operate with greater levels of productivity.

You don’t have to exert yourself crazily to be in phenomenal physical condition. I personally only go to the gym to three to four times a week max these days and I still remain a fairly low body fat percentage just by hitting 12-15K steps each day.
