As all our members will be well aware of by now, there has been a hack made on the Cloud 2.0 Superwallet. We have been working non-stop to deal with this situation, and we understand the anxiety of our members. At this time we have the following details to report:
⁃ This has been an extremely sophisticated and high-level hack using some very high-tech equipment. It has obviously been planned over a long period of time and has been executed with quite some speed and precision.
⁃ The attack has focused solely on the Ethereum Superwallet. Other Superwallet funds are untouched, and all Jarvis funds are safe and fully secure.
⁃ There have been rumors circulating in the community that this hack has been an inside job by Cloud 2.0 staff. This rumor is false, and we can fully confirm that the attack has been orchestrated from outside Cloud 2.0 company.
⁃ There has been another rumor circulating that Cloud 2.0’s Ethereum Private Key storage has been hacked. This is also false. Our members must understand that Private Keys are generated on each users mobile phone and are by no means stored in Cloud 2.0 Company or in the possession of Cloud 2.0 staff.
⁃ While we are working on dealing with this intrusion, there may be login issues with your app. Please do not be alarmed by this as it is part of our security action to rectify the current issue.
⁃ Any members who still have Ethereum intact in their Superwallet should remove it immediately by sending it to a third-party wallet. Do NOT export it via Private Key to another wallet, as your funds will still be compromised.
⁃ Any other funds that can be removed at this time from the Superwallet should be sent out as a precautionary measure.

We are pleased to announce the launch of the new Cloud 2.0 Card Program.
This new personalized prepaid credit card now provides our community with an invaluable tool to conveniently link the cryptocurrency and fiat currency spheres together with ease. The card is currently linked to the v1.0 wallet and will later be integrated into the new v2.0 wallet platform.
With the addition of this exciting feature to our new and developing ecosystem, members can now use cryptocurrency to directly charge this new card with either USD or Euros, and then utilize the card to withdraw cash, make electronic purchases at all affiliated stores and outlets, and also perform online transactions as with any other standard bank card. In other words, your cryptocurrency is sent to your own personalized account, whereupon it is automatically converted in to USD or Euros, which is then fully accessible to you via use of the card. The accepted cryptocurrencies are BTC, BCH, ETH or USDT.
This new prepaid credit card is available with either Visa or UnionPay services, or if members so choose they may apply for both. Should you have any queries during the application, you can use the Bitkkah 24/7 customer support feature located at the bottom right hand corner of the application page (circled in yellow in the picture above shown in Step 2). The customer service supports all languages via translation software and is very efficient. (Important: The above mentioned customer service belongs to the card issuer and not Cloud 2.0 company, so kindly do not make enquiries to the card issuer about Cloud 2.0 matters. All official Cloud 2.0 information will continue to be released through CloudChat and Cloud Community).
4. Upon clicking “accept”, you will then be contacted by the card provider by email who will direct you through the KYC process. (Important: if you do not receive an email from Bitkkah in your inbox, please check your junk mail folder). You will then be asked to send the required scanned documents and proofs of identity. Once this KYC process is complete, the card will be issued and sent by global courier (DHL) directly to your specified address. In all members should have the card delivered to them within 20 days of starting the KYC process.

The year 2020 is now drawing to a close. It has been a difficult and trying year for both the Cloud 2.0 Team and the whole Community. As we head into 2021, we are all believing and hoping for a much better and prosperous season.
At this point we would like to give a comprehensive update on our current progress, and expectations for the coming year.
1. The v1.0 Wallet
As everyone will be aware, the v1.0 Wallet is currently at an interim update stage until the fully secured new version is completed and released. We are planning on having a First Quarter 2021 rollout for this new revamped v1.0 Wallet. This release will be the first major step out of the old Cloud 1.0 system into the new Cloud 2.0 ecosystem, which will be completely independent from the former 1.0 system. The new v1.0 Wallet will also be configured for integration into the new v2.0 Wallet ecosystem, with new independent security features fully under the new umbrella of Cloud 2.0.
2. The v2.0 Wallet
As has previously been mentioned in former announcements, the v2.0 Wallet is the solution Cloud 2.0 Company has prepared to continue the project forward while company funds have been frozen on exchanges due to the lodging of complaints and lawsuits.
The v2.0 Wallet is specifically designed to independently generate funds which will enable v1.0 Wallet members to resume conversions without the necessity of more investments or capital injection.
We are pleased to announce that progress with the v2.0 Wallet is going very well, and we are on course for the tentative goal of a First Quarter 2021 release.
Due to the nature of the v2.0 Wallet’s fund generation technology, upon its release there will be CTO conversion limits put in place in keeping with the amount of profit initially accumulated. As profit generation increases step by step, CTO conversion limits will be adjusted continually. We ask our members to be aware that the new v2.0 ecosystem is not the same as the previous old system where unlimited CTO conversions were possible. It will take time to grow back to such a stage, so we ask our community to have realistic expectations in the initial release stages of the v2.0 Wallet.
3. Bitkkah PrePaid Card
We are happy to see that more and more members have applied for the free Bitkkah back-office accounts, and quite a number of members have already applied for the card.
We encourage all our members to complete the first stage of setting up the free backoffice account as soon as possible from within the “CloudPrepaid” section of the app or from www.bitkkahasia.com/services.
It should also be noted that each member’s Bitkkah Card is linked to a fully authenticated, detached and personally dedicated sub-bank account.
Lawsuits and Litigation
As all our members will be aware, due to several incidents last year Cloud company funds were frozen on exchanges due to complaints and lawsuits initiated by certain leaders and members. These actions have led to a complicated series of international litigations which need to be dealt with step by step in various jurisdictions. These events have consumed much time and resources, and have caused delay in progress of the development of the new ecosystem.
While all charges have been dropped in some cases, litigation is still in progress in other areas, so this legal process will inevitably still take some considerable time. It is the practice of cryptocurrency exchanges to keep funds frozen until all litigation is settled. Only then will these funds be released, and then a new withdrawal process can be initiated for leavers. We are aware that the refund addresses of many leavers may have already changed, so when the time eventually comes when funds are unfrozen and withdrawals can be processed, these problems will be taken into account.

In the Cloud app, go to Settings > Google Authenticator > Activate > Enter Payment PIN > Click “Proceed”.
Now, copy the Seed Code or Scan QR Code onto your Google Authenticator or Authy app. (Important: back up a copy of the seed code offline for future use).
Click “Activate”.
Now, your Google Authenticator toggle in the Cloud app should be in the “on” position.
Troubleshooting
- If you cannot login to your Cloud app, please try all the following steps:
1. Uninstall the Cloud app
2. Clear your device cache
3. Re-install app
4. Restart your device

- If you have already activated your Google Authenticator function in the Cloud app but have lost the Cloud code in the Google Authenticator or Authy app, then you can reactivate it with the saved seed code or QR code.
If you did not previously save the seed code or QR code, you can reset the Google Authenticator function in the Cloud app by clicking “Lost Your Google Authenticator?” and inserting your mnemonic phrase.
- If you have lost your payment PIN, you can reset it in the Cloud app from the login page “Forgot Password” option with your mnemonic phrase.
If login issues persist, please wait for the next round of app updates coming soon.
Important: Please make sure that you have all your vital information written down and backed up in a safe place offline, namely:
-16-digit login number
-Mnemonic phrase
-Login Password
-Payment PIN
-Google Authenticator Seed Code/QR Code

Using TestFlight is a great way to help developers test beta versions of their apps.
Dear Cloud Community,
While currently still in this waiting period, more development and expansion are being performed on the system to enhance its function and ability to generate funds upon future release. This work will enable the growth of the new ecosystem to expand more broadly when things do get underway again.
The entire new platform is also being consolidated into a robust KYC system along with other new additions. This will help smooth the road to enable administrative paperwork to be completed successfully and as quickly as possible (as mentioned in previous messages).
While it is still not possible to set any definite timelines for the initial rollout at this point, things are currently moving in the right direction to enable this to happen down the road.
We ask all our members to stay safe during the current Covid resurgence.
Stay tuned, updates will continue monthly as usual during this period.
