Dear Cloud Community

The landscape of trading on exchanges has changed much during the last year and a half. Cryptocurrencies are considered a fair asset item because they are finite- which simply means they are limited in nature. However with Exchanges now introducing “margin and futures” features, they have greatly disrupted both the logic and mechanics of cryptocurrencies. Whereas they were once finite, now cryptocurrencies have become infinite, and any one exchange can hold virtual non-existent coins on their books until it is needed to write them on the blockchain. Because of this development, the mechanics of Jarvis has also been disrupted.

We are loyalists to the Cloud 2.0 project and have a vision to bring all those who are willing out of our current situation. Hence we now need to change our direction on the revenue generation aspect of the project. These changes are designed to favor “service-based” revenue generation rather than “trading-based” revenue generation. As such, we are preparing to introduce our latest service: CTOX. CTOX is a FIXED-PRICE virtual currency which has numerous other virtual currencies supporting it's value. Currently CTOX is only available in small quantities, which amounts will be increased soon.

Unlike other cryptocurrencies which don't have value, CTOX needs to be “staked” in-order to be produced- this simply means that there needs to be sufficient backing funds of equal value behind each CTOX before it is generated. CTOX can then be sent to anyone as ETH, USDT, TUSD and other ERC20-based currencies. It is also important to note that this also means that CTOX is actually a “minted” coin and not just mined out of thin air as some others are.

This service has great advantages to offer, as listed below:

1. The anonymity of the sender is greatly increased because the CTOX sent is from a smart-contract. So the sender's identity becomes anonymous by the very nature of the transaction.

2. A service fee (miner's fee) is charged each time the service is used, which in return will generate revenue for the project. This profit is then given back to the community. The percentages of return will vary depending on the amount of CTOX staked and also the revenue made from the service each day.

Sincerely

Cloud 2.0 Team
Dear Cloud 2.0 Community,

We are pleased to inform you that our new website is now up and running.

Besides being of a much higher quality in every way, the website is now also interactive with our Cloud 2.0 community in that all announcements and videos from CloudChat will be posted simultaneously in the “News” section found in the Main Menu.

CloudChat content will also be distributed across official Cloud 2.0 accounts on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube. Links to each platform can be found at the bottom of the homepage. Please be sure to join these official accounts and channels and have all relevant notifications turned on to receive instant notice of new content.

Dear Cloud 2.0 Community, we have a special personal message for you from Ronald Aai below:

Hey everyone!

Over a year and a half ago, we were developing the Cloud Wallet – the wallet that represented a big leap into new territory for us as a development team. It was an exhilarating and terrifying experience to go out to the world with something new and different, and we are grateful to all the users who have come along with us on the journey. It has been a thrill for us to see the creativity of our users in using the system (exploits, hacks, ...). I am so proud of the work the team has put into this system, and at the same time there’s so much more that we – and you – would have wanted from it.

Over the last year, the team has worked hard to overhaul the system, in terms of cost of maintaining the system, stability, performance and general quality of life while delivering new content and integration to real world commerce. We recognize that there’s still more fundamental work to be done to bring out the full potential of the experience, and it will require a more substantial reinvention. Over the coming months we will be focusing on a longer-term redesign of the experience, specifically working on UI/UX, the Open API, and system design with clear goals, motivating usage and progression with meaningful rewards – while preserving the simplicity of using the wallet. And to do that properly we’ll be doing something we’d like to have done more of the first time around – giving a focused team the time to test and iterate, focusing on usability first.

In the meantime, we will continue to run the current version of the wallet, but move away from it's current code base as the team works towards the future. We’ll keep the system going with more store integrations.

Creating change is central to our mission, but it’s not easy. Sometimes we get it right, sometimes we miss. What keeps us going is the support from users like you. Your feedback gives us guidance on how we can improve, and your passion inspires us with the courage to create.

- Ronald Aai / CTO
Dear Cloud 2.0 Community,

As all of our community will be aware, there have been complaints and lawsuits that have arisen over the last few months due to all of the recent events that have taken place with the Cloud 2.0 platform. We would like to inform you that we are now at the stage where litigation, court action and investigation is already underway.

The positive side of these developments is that upon eventual legal resolution, we will be able to bring the Cloud 2.0 project fully back on track without further hindrance.

On the other side of the matter several points must be highlighted:

1. During all these proceedings, as required by law Ronald Aai will be unable to communicate directly to the Cloud community until all legal matters are settled;
2. Certain parts of CloudRedeem may discontinue for a period until all relevant funds are freed up;
3. We understand that members of our community who have downlines who chose to leave and withdraw are concerned about the progress of this matter. Until all legal issues are settled, funds currently frozen on exchanges will remain that way indefinitely. Exchanges will not release funds until they see these lawsuits are resolved, so the matter is now out of the control of Cloud 2.0 and is in the hands of the legal firms of various involved parties.

Although we are currently unable to put any timeline on these legal proceedings, as soon as we have any news on progress then we will be sure to post notices to our community via CloudChat.

During all these legal processes, the technical team will be continuing to develop the v2.0 wallet infrastructure in anticipation of the new future startup. We are pleased to announce that there are some new and exciting features already well into development, and we are looking forward to unveiling these to our whole community in time.

Sincerely,

Cloud 2.0 Team
