🙌 For example, a four-room flat that typically requires 2 to 5 man-hours to complete, can be done in 20 to 25 man-mins with the robot! Now, workers can be upskilled to operate these machines or redeployed to more complex, higher-value work. This raises overall productivity and job quality in the sector!

Today, on International HR Day, we celebrate the people behind people, the HR professionals in the Built Environment (BE) sector. 💙
More than administrators, they are architects of culture, enablers of growth, and strategic partners in building resilient, future-ready organisations.
From aligning people strategies with business goals to nurturing meaningful career journeys, HR professionals are essential to shaping workplaces where individuals and businesses thrive.
But impactful HR doesn’t happen in silos. It takes shared ownership across leaders, managers, and employees to create environments where people feel valued, supported, and empowered.
🌟 To all who contribute to building better workplaces in the BE sector, thank you!
Curious what that looks like in action?
