World Workplace Asia-Pacific (WWAP) 2024
At the WWAP 2024 organised by the Singapore International Facility Management Association (SIFMA) and IFMA International, Second Minister for National Development Ms Indranee Rajah, shared how the FM industry plays a critical role in our collective efforts towards global net-zero goals and realising our national "80-80-80 in 2030" targets for the building sector.
She also shared about how BCA's Integrated and Aggregated FM grant has funded CBM Private Limited and its partner City Developments Limited (CDL) to implement integrated and aggregated FM, supported by a centralised smart system called "digiHub". It will integrate maintenance, cleaning and security services across four of CDL's buildings to improve productivity.
She announced that the grant will be extended to 2028 with revised qualifying criteria, and encouraged FM companies and building owners to leverage the support to achieve the next bound of transformation for the FM sector.
