BREAKING: The New York judge overseeing former President Trump’s hush money trial imposed a gag order on Trump on Tuesday, preventing him from attacking jurors and court staff as his trial approaches.

Judge Juan Merchan’s order still enables Trump to publicly attack the judge and Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg (D).

But it prevents the former president from attacking other prosecutors, court staff and their family members “if those statements are made with the intent to materially interfere with” the case.

Russia on Tuesday sought to shift blame for the Moscow concert hall attack onto Ukraine and its Western backers, despite the Islamic State group claiming responsibility for the killings of at least 139 people.

The Kremlin’s security services have been scrambling to explain how gunmen on Friday managed to carry out the worst attack in Russia in over two decades.

President Vladimir Putin has acknowledged that ‘radical Islamists’ conducted the bloody assault, but suggested they were linked to Ukraine, two years into the Kremlin’s offensive on the country.

The head of Russia’s FSB security agency Alexander Bortnikov said Tuesday that while those who had ‘ordered’ the attack had not been identified, the assailants were heading to Ukraine and would have been ‘greeted as heroes’.

‘We believe the action was prepared both by the radical Islamists themselves and, of course, facilitated by Western special services, and Ukraine’s special services themselves have a direct connection to this,’ Bortnikov was cited as saying by Russian news agencies.

Usher claimed he was exposed to some 'pretty wild' stuff while living at rapper Diddy (born Sean Love Combs)'s New York mansion when he was just 14.

Following Homeland Security agents' raids on the music mogul's Holmby Hills and Miami mansions as part of an ongoing sex trafficking investigation this week, social media users unearthed a 2016 interview of Usher talking about his time living with the superstar, 54, in the spring of 1994.

While appearing on The Howard Stern Show, the Yeah! hitmaker, 45, alleged that it was LA Reid's idea to have him live with the R&B singer in Scarsdale to 'see the lifestyle.'

When asked if Diddy's 'place was filled with chicks and orgying nonstop' by Stern, Usher replied: 'Not really... I got a chance to see some things … I don't know if I could indulge and even understand what I was looking at.' 

'It was pretty wild. It was crazy. There were very curious things taking place and I didn't necessarily understand it,' he admitted.

As for whether he would send his children to 'Puffy Flavor Camp,' Usher responded with an emphatic: 'Hell no!'
