A U.S. judge on Wednesday will be asked to dismiss the criminal case accusing Hunter Biden of evading $1.4 million in taxes.

Attorneys for the president’s son will argue prosecutors bowed to political pressure from Republican lawmakers investigating his father.

Nine charges, including three felonies: allegedly failing to file taxes, evading an assessment, and filing a fraudulent form, are at issue.

Disney agreed to drop its lawsuits against Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis in a major win for the new board overseeing the land encompassing Walt Disney World Resorts.

The settlement agreement on Wednesday includes Disney acknowledging eleventh hour deals it made with the outgoing Reedy Creek Improvement District are now null and void.

Walt Disney Co. made these last-ditch efforts in an attempt to solidify property rights and grant the theme park additional powers as DeSantis appointed a new board to oversee the area and hold the corporation accountable to laws and taxes in Orlando.

It has been widely reported that the Dali suffered a loss in propulsion which caused steering issues in the lead-up to the crash that caused the iconic bridge to collapse like a 'house of cards.'

House Oversight Chairman Rep. James Comer (R-KY) sent a letter Wednesday to Department of Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm inviting her to testify at a scheduled oversight hearing.

The Daily Caller first obtained a copy of the letter where Comer asks Granholm to show up to a May 15 hearing and provide the committee with testimony on a number of issues, including why the DOE has failed to provide information to the Oversight Committee over the DOE’s misuse of the Strategic Petroleum Reserve, the DOE’s halt of liquified natural gas exports, Granholm’s taxpayer-financed summer 2023 electric vehicle excursion and increased spending levels.

Mike Lindell’s MyPillow evicted from warehouse after failing to pay $200K in rent

Mike Lindell’s company MyPillow was evicted from a Minnesota warehouse after failing to pay at least $200,000 in rent — the latest blow to a once-thriving venture that has seen its products pulled from shelves after the CEO appeared at a White House rally moments before the Jan. 6, 2021 Capitol riots.

A judge sided with the landlord, First Industrial, LP, which filed a lawsuit against the pillow maker claiming that the company defaulted on four months of rent in the last year.

As a result, MyPillow was ordered to vacate the facility in Shakopee, though Lindell told a local publication that the warehouse has been sitting empty since last fall.
