FEATURES OF VSA END OF RISING MARKET PATTERN
Imagine a situation. The news is good and the volume in the market is extremely high. Prices are rising and everything looks good. Or not? High volume tells us that there is a lot of activity in the market, but if demand is high, we expect the spread to be wide and the price to increase sharply. But that doesn't happen. In order to recognize the βcatchβ in time, it is important to know the main features of the End of Rising Market pattern:
πΉ the candleβs spread is narrow
πΉ the closing price of the candle is higher than the previous day (bar)
πΉ the volume is much higher than the average
πΉ amid the end of a period of market growth
πΉ the next bar (day) β the price usually goes down, confirming the weakness
πΉ the news context is good. Sometimes, the End of Rising Market pattern occurs when the price reaches a new record high or crosses a round psychological level.
To understand the logic of the End of Rising Market, read the article https://bit.ly/486iVAr

π€ WHAT TRADING ROBOTS EXIST?
In the market, you can find ready-made trading robots to suit your preferences and budget. They are typically divided into the following categories based on their complexity level:
π Basic algorithms
They offer trading models based on already known indicators. For example, we buy when the fast MA crosses up the slow one.
π Advanced algorithms
They analyze technical analysis figures, candlesticks, and search for patterns.
π Professional robots
They use volume analysis, order flow, look into the order book.
π The most powerful extra-class robots
They assess electronic media, conduct neuro-linguistic analysis, gather exchange and broker reports, use macroeconomic principles, and employ AI and machine learning systems.
Did you know that you can create your own robots and indicators in the ATAS platform? All you need is to have basic knowledge of C#. You'll find detailed instructions:

π WHAT IS THE WEYS WAVES INDICATOR CAPBLE OF?π
πββοΈ It sums up the volume on each wave and we get a histogram of cumulative volumes of alternating waves.
Weis Waves enable the comparison of the ratio of the characteristics between a series of waves, such as the applied effort (expressed in volume) and the result obtained (price progress).
πββοΈ It is really good at showing reversals of a trend movement.
The wave is measured by length (time characteristic), volume (total number of contracts traded in one direction) and height (progress achieved). By comparing the characteristics of one wave with the previous or next one, you can gain information about the overall nature of the market.
πββοΈ It works great with Renko and tick charts, as well as the Dynamic Levels indicator.

π Vertical volume is a general number of shares or contracts that were traded during a certain period of time in volume or monetary terms. The vertical volume is usually reflected in the form of a column bar chart under the price chart.
Volume is activity. A trader builds his expectations for further development of events by analyzing the activity of traders at different price changes.

3 FOOTPRINT FEATURES YOU CAN EASILY SPOT ON THE CHART
1οΈβ£ Single prints at extremes
Single prints represent small lots sold, ranging from 1 to 9. However, these numbers can vary for different instruments. Single prints indicate weakness because the market can no longer move in that direction.
2οΈβ£ Large trades at extremes
The concept of a large traded value varies for each instrument. 100-200 contracts for the Euro Stoxx 50 index futures is a lot, whereas, for gold futures, it's considered small. Determining what is large can only be done through experience. If the price stops despite significant market orders, there are even larger limit orders at that level. Limit orders create a barrier to further price movement.
3οΈβ£ Imbalances at extremes
An imbalance is an excess of market buyers over market sellers, or vice versa, by several times. Buys and sells are compared diagonally, not horizontally. By default, in ATAS, the imbalance is set at 150%, but it can be adjusted.

5 RULES OF SUCCESSFUL CHART ANALYSIS
1οΈβ£ Draw lines based on bar highs/lows. Avoid using closing prices as it neglects price movements, distorting the analysis.
2οΈβ£ Build support/resistance lines with at least 3 points. This ensures their significance and strength.
3οΈβ£ Avoid trading on small timeframes. Use H1 and higher for increased forecasting accuracy.
4οΈβ£ Stick to liquid trading tools. The effectiveness of chart analysis on illiquid markets tends towards zero.
5οΈβ£ Protect your profits. When the price moves in your favor, adjust your stop to the breakeven level and beyond.
Don't rely on 90% of your predictions being correct. Maintain a profit-risk ratio of 2:1. With just 50% accurate predictions, you can still profit.
