There's no-one to motivate you but you! Stop looking for motivators telling that you're in need of it. Get your a$$ up and try every possible way to do your best! Don't prove anyone what you're capable of! Prove it to yourself! Find that inner strength which pulls that drive out of you, and get that motivation to not give up, and not to be a quitter!
