I am very big on self-love because I kid you not, it is the best form of love (besides God's love), and I think it's time we pumped up self-love and let go of self-deprecation. We need to stop belittling/berating ourselves based on internal and external influences. We need to start caring for and be supportive of ourselves because if we don't, who will?

Words of affirmation are great boosts for self-love. They are repeated phrases used to defeat thoughts that are limiting or self-sabotaging. Positive affirmations are not meant to simply hype and make us feel good; repeating them actually helps to create new thought patterns and beliefs, either consciously or unconsciously.

In the next couple of days, I'll post daily positive affirmations aimed at "rebranding" and I hope you'll come with me on this journey of self-love+acceptance.
