In conjunction with the Honorary Consulate of Ukraine - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Pennsylvania, Iryna Mazur, Holy Family University is offering on-campus English as a Second Language (ESL) courses to newly-arrived Ukrainian adults at no charge.
