An independent Windows 64-bit fork of Telegram Desktop 7.1.4, focused on local privacy, faster navigation, deeper customization, and a distinct identity.
🗄 ENCRYPTED LOCAL ARCHIVE
• Enable it separately for each eligible chat
• Encrypted with the local account key and stored only on your device
• Retention: 7 days, 30 days, 1 year, or forever
• Captures eligible messages seen while enabled: sender, time, replies, text, and media labels
• Preserves observed edits and marks messages later deleted from Telegram
• Search by text, message ID, or sender; use is:message, is:deleted, is:edited, has:edits, has:media, and from:name
• Before/after timeline with MESSAGE, EDITED, DELETED, and MEDIA badges
• Export HTML or JSON; view counts, storage, and retention; clear one archive or all
• LOCAL badge in the chat header while archiving is active
• Never stores secret chats, protected content, self-destructing messages, or view-once media
🔖 PRIVATE LOCAL BOOKMARKS
• Add or remove eligible bookmarks from the message menu
• Keeps an encrypted snapshot of the last locally observed message and context
• Updates after edits and remains if the Telegram message is deleted
• Search by chat, sender, or content; live entries jump to the original message
• Remove deleted snapshots individually or clear everything with confirmation
• Supports up to 1,000 bookmarks; protected and ephemeral content is excluded
⌨️ CTRL+K COMMAND PALETTE
• Open with Ctrl+K and customize the shortcut
• Search commands and press Enter to launch the first result
• Jump to Search, Saved Messages, Contacts, Settings, Power User, Workspaces, Local Archive, or Local Bookmarks
• Open current-chat appearance or galleries for photos, videos, files, links, music, and voice/video messages
💬 CHAT PROFILE & MEDIA TOOLS
• Chat Profile submenu in chat-list, conversation, and profile menus
• Quick mute, notification, appearance, wallpaper, and media-filter controls
• Per-chat archive retention, timeline, and clear controls
• Local bookmark actions in message menus
🪪 PROFILE ID & DATA CENTER
• Optional row shows the raw user ID without commas or separators
• Shows the profile-photo DC and server region, such as DC 4 (Amsterdam, NL)—not the user’s physical location
• Copy or drag the raw ID directly
🎙 AUDIO AS VOICE MESSAGE
• Send a supported audio file as a Telegram voice message with detected duration and a generated waveform

Local Archive records only content seen after it is enabled; it cannot recover earlier or unseen messages. Archives and bookmarks do not sync. Exported HTML/JSON files are readable and no longer protected by Zgram’s encryption.
