GOALS FOR 2026 🎯

Over the past three days, almost 70,000 new people joined my blog 🎉 so my DMs are overflowing with questions like:

I have some bad news for you — my blog is not about fitness at all.

I’m a 39-year-old woman, with two kids and a husband, who managed to pull herself out of the swamp of office work and binge eating and become who I am today.

YOU A YEAR AGO (an honest look)

This is my thirteenth letter and the first one this year ✉️
Usually around this time we’re already looking ahead, into the new year that has begun🌅
But right now, I want you to look back — at who you were then.

As humans, we naturally tend to downplay our own achievements.
Do you know how to become unhappy in two simple steps? 🤔

First — devalue what you already have.
Second — place great value on what you don’t have.
Done ⚡️

And you know, I catch myself doing the exact same thing.
For example, when I was told that my book made it into the top 10 best-selling e-books 📚🔥 I said, “Hmm… okay.”

But in moments like that, my husband always says:
“Stop. I want you to put EVERYTHING aside right now and say your achievement out loud, once again.”

That’s called claiming your success

Only then can you truly taste life.
Only then can you see the very steps you’re climbing 🪜

And you might be thinking right now:
“Nothing special is happening in my life. What achievements? What steps?”

But that’s not true.

Over the past year, you definitely did something you once didn’t dare to do 💫
You looked honestly at something within yourself.
You went through an experience that changed you.

How do I know this? 🤍

At the very least, because if you’re reading this letter now, there’s about a 75% chance you’ve tried at least one of my 3D routines 💪
And judging by the messages and feedback I receive, they’ve changed not only your body — but your life 🌱

TO DRINK OR NOT TO DRINK?

I know — strange question right after the holidays.
But my DMs are exploding with the same concerns: holiday weight, bloating, a belly that just won’t go away.
So let’s talk about water.
Because every complicated problem has a simple explanation.

First thing: people don’t actually drink water.
In the morning — coffee, tea, juice.
During the day — soda, sweetened coffee or tea.
In the evening — tea again, kefir, wine, cocktails.


This post is not about whether juice is “bad,”
whether kefir at night is healthy,
or whether black tea without sugar is okay.
The point is simple:
about 90% of people don’t drink plain, clean water at all.

And then they complain about constant bloating and a stubborn belly.
When your body is always digesting something, it never gets a break.
And a body that’s constantly digesting is not releasing — it’s holding on.
That’s when water and fat retention happen.
And about black coffee “without anything” — let’s be honest:
9 out of 10 people use coffee as an excuse to snack.

If you truly drink black coffee only for its rich amazing flavor — congratulations, you’re rare.

Second: if you don’t drink water, your body is dehydrated.
Yes — even if there’s water in soup, coffee, and other drinks.
When the body is dehydrated, it starts retaining water.
That retention?
That’s your swelling and puffiness.

Third: forcing yourself to drink 2 liters a day isn’t the solution either.
When you flood the system, you overload your kidneys
and actually dry out your skin.
Not a typo.
When the body feels water is being pushed in artificially,
it switches into “flush mode” — and you end up thinking:
“I drink more and more, but I feel worse.”

So what do you actually do?
Step one:
Replace the drinks you usually have instead of water with a simple glass of water.
Step two:
Drink to thirst, not to rules.
And the swelling will start to go away.
A swamp doesn’t clear up when you throw more stuff into it.
It clears up when fresh flow appears.

Yes, I did share tips on how not to overeat — but most likely the holidays still left their mark on your body.
I almost wrote “irreversible,” but here’s the good news: this mark is actually easy to erase.

you slept less, ate more, drank alcohol, and probably didn’t train much.

Fat doesn’t accumulate that easily in just 10 days.
Real fat gain requires months of metabolic changes.

10 “DON’TS” FOR YOUR BODY (I bet you didn’t know this) 🚫💪

Don’t run every day 🏃‍♀️
It lowers your testosterone levels. The more you torture your body, the more swollen it becomes.

Don’t think your swelling comes from pickles and sauerkraut 🥒
On the contrary — include them more often. They’re natural probiotics and actually help reduce swelling faster.

Lack of sleep is a killer

If I had to name just ONE main cause of swelling, I wouldn’t hesitate: not enough sleep.
The secret? To sleep better, you don’t wake up later — you go to bed earlier.
It’s hard, but the kilos will start dropping on their own.

Don’t stay constantly stressed 🧠⚡️
I know how this sounds, but the term “cortisol face” didn’t appear out of nowhere.

Don’t start or end your day with your phone

This isn’t a fever that sends you to bed.
It’s something much more insidious — low-grade, whole-body inflammation that prevents you from losing weight and living fully.

GROUNDHOG DAY (and how to end it) 🐿

Yesterday was Groundhog Day.
The very one immortalized in the great film with Bill Murray 🎬
And, symbolically for me, this exact question is where my blog once began.

Back then, my bio read:
“How to end Groundhog Day.”
It was December 2022, when I had just started building my very first audience.

And very quickly, I noticed a pattern 👇
Women always came to me with a body-related request:
I want abs like yours
— I want to get rid of “love handles”
— I want to tone my legs

But just a few sentences in, the conversation inevitably shifted:
every morning I wake up to the same gray wall 🧱
I did everything “right” — an apartment, a car, a child, a loving husband — yet there’s emptiness inside
I’m 35, and I have no idea what’s next
Each of them was living in her own version of Groundhog Day 🔁

This state has many names:
a midlife crisis, perimenopause, or what Ray Dalio calls the “compression of the second half of life.”

But the signs are always the same:
— double financial pressure: children on one side 👶 aging parents on the other 👵
— peak career years: 35–40 is often the income ceiling, after which the risk of layoffs rises 📉
— perimenopause: mood swings, weight gain, poor sleep, declining libido 😵‍💫
— perimenopause coincides with children’s puberty — slammed doors 🚪 and “I hate you” become part of daily life
— a husband who often enters andropause: declining testosterone, emotional withdrawal, the couch and YouTube 📺

And one morning you wake up and ask yourself:
how did my life turn into this?
And most importantly — what do I do now?

Many people think the main cure is divorce 💔
Statistics show that around 65% of couples who’ve been together for more than 10 years divorce around the age of 40.
In 70% of cases, it’s initiated by women📊

And here are two important conclusions:
1️⃣ You cannot pull yourself out by sheer willpower.
Not because you’re weak, but because your body is no longer producing enough “feel-good” hormones 🧠
And conversations alone can’t switch them on if the body is switched off.

2️⃣ The only real way out is through the body 🧘‍♀️
While the mind is stuck in stress and depression, the body always lives in reality.
And the only way to change your reality is to start with it.
If right now it feels like things couldn’t get any worse —
do any short routine, squat a little, or go for a walk 🚶‍♀️
Even a small dose of your own dopamine can work better than any pill

Remember:
you can only get out of the swamp by grabbing onto something that stands firmly on solid ground 🌱
And right now, that something is your body.

As they used to say at my university:
“The drowning are saved only by their own hands.”
Don’t be like them.

In a couple of weeks, I’ll turn 40. And more and more often, I find myself coming back to one simple idea:
a person can either consume or create.
And what’s even more important — consumption is NOT an art 🎭

All marketing is built on the idea that happiness can be obtained through buying things 🛒
And higher-level marketing goes even further, selling you the idea that buying itself is an art form — self-expression, self-worth, a way to stand out from the crowd 👥➡️👤

Right now you don’t have a relationship, but it’s okay — mascara from Brand X will fix that. It will make you SPECIAL
You’ll buy a Birkin bag not because it’s expensive, but because it’s for those who understand.
And if they sold it to you, it means you are the one who understands 💎
This wine costs $1,000 not because it’s a marketing concept, but because it’s exclusive — only 100 bottles a year! 🏷

In reality, the cycle of consumption always looks the same:

I feel bad. I saw THE shoes of my dreams. I must buy them immediately.

I bought THOSE shoes. I’m happy!

Now I have THE shoes

Now I have ANOTHER pair of shoes… 👠👠

Now they’re JUST shoes 😐

I feel bad… I need to buy something… 🛍

Of course, you’ll now remember that it’s better to cry in your own villa, and be sad in a Rolls-Royce.

WE ARE NOT THE SAME. 5 FACTS⚡️

I finally realized what my disagreement with the bodybuilding approach to the body is about.
Bodybuilding claims that working with weights in the gym is a universal way to train the body.
Here are 5 facts that say otherwise 👇

Fact #1
Monotonous, repetitive load is generally better tolerated by women, while for men it can significantly lower testosterone levels 📉
That’s why male trainers often love heavy weights 🏋️‍♂️ and tend to dislike bodyweight-based movement.

Fact #2
“Training to failure” doesn’t work well for women.
The female body responds better to moderate but consistent training 🔁
The male body responds better to short, explosive efforts 💥

Fact #3
Men are, on average, about one-third less flexible than women 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️
That’s why strength-based mobility is more important for men than for women — yet almost no men actually train it ⚠️

Fact #4
The same core exercises — for example crunches and planks — can be helpful for men but harmful for women.
In women with a weak pelvic floor after childbirth, planks and crunches can actually make the situation worse.

Fact #5
Fasting can work well for men, but it can be harmful for women ⛔️

We are not the same.
A woman is not a man in miniature.
A man is not a universal human.
We cannot and should not train the same way.

So how should women and men train to achieve the best results —
a toned, lean, beautiful body without pain?
