There is a field in Virginia that is home to 42 abandoned presidential statues.

These statues are about 20 feet tall and 20 thousand pounds.

Internet legend claims there's no explanation for them being here, but there 100% is.

These heads used to be part of a tourist park in Williamsburg Virginia from 2004 to 2010, until that park went bankrupt.

The owner was supposed to take the heads to a stone crusher to dispose of them. But, he was a historian, and just couldn't bring himself to do it - so he spent $50,000 to get them transported to his personal farm.

In order to move these things, he had to put a hole in the top of each head to expose the metal brackets to lift them.

And out of all of the statues, only one fell during the process, leaving a huge hole in the back of his head.

And ironically, that statue was Abraham Lincoln.
