#Conservation is seen in the West as a progressive force for good. But its history is mired in #ecofacism and #racism which stills underpins many of its projects in much of the world today. @xryouth_uk and @xr_youth have asked three people from Survival International who have worked in the frontline of this issue for many years to say what they think and respond to questions in a public zoom call. Know your rights 3-5pm
This training is aimed at encouraging safe protest and informing you of your rights when interacting with the police. It will cover dealing with the police at actions and give you ways to keep yourself and the people around you safer. This training has also got some additional information, designed for youth! WE HAVE OPENED THIS UP TO ALL YOUNG PEOPLE TO SUPPORT THOSE PARTICIPATING IN THE BLM PROTESTS.

Introduction to Regenerative Cultures 5:30-7:30pm
Regen will be running part 1 of the Introduction to Regenerative Cultures series: Why do we need regenerative cultures? We will be exploring the necessity of radical care in undermining and halting the systems that are currently perpetuating the climate and ecological crises (and many other crises), and how essential it is to step into new ways of relating to each other, ourselves and to the world in order to achieve meaningful and constructive systemic change!
