๐ŸŒง๏ธ Light rain
In the event of light rain, the walk will continue.

โšกLightning alert or heavy rain

The Organising Committee reserves the right to shorten, suspend or cancel the event based on prevailing weather and haze conditions.
In view of the current haze, which remains difficult to predict and could worsen with little notice, we have decided to ๐ฉ๐จ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ž YMCA Inclusive Challenge 2026, originally scheduled for 17 October. This decision was made after careful consideration, with everyoneโ€™s health and safety in mind. The event will be rescheduled for 2027, with the new date to be confirmed.

We know many of you were looking forward to this day, and we appreciate the time and effort youโ€™ve put into preparing. The well-being of everyone involved, including participants, members, families, volunteers, staff and partners, continues to guide our decisions.

We canโ€™t wait to walk alongside you! The walk can wait, but the spirit of inclusion carries on. Stay safe and take care of one another.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support!

With the ongoing haze situation, please take the necessary precautions to protect your health.

๐Ÿ  Reduce outdoor activities when haze conditions are unfavourable and stay indoors as much as possible.

๐Ÿ’™ Look out for yourself and your loved ones. Take care of yourself and check in on your loved ones. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to look out for haze-related symptoms in their children, while youths should also pay attention to how they are feeling.

If you or your child feels unwell, please rest at home and inform the school or programme person-in-charge. Those with asthma or other respiratory conditions should take extra precautions and seek medical advice when needed.

Please stay safe and take care!

Burnt out can creep up on us gradually, making it easy to overlook the signs.

Here are 4 signs to look out for.

๐Ÿ.๐‚๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ญ๐š๐ง๐ญ ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐ž๐ฌ๐ฌ
Feeling overwhelmed by too many tasks and deadlines? It may be time to take a break.

Even after a good nightโ€™s rest, you still feel physically or mentally drained.
You may need more time to rest.

๐Ÿ‘.๐‹๐จ๐ฌ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐ข๐ง๐ญ๐ž๐ซ๐ž๐ฌ๐ญ
The hobbies and activities you once enjoyed no longer excite you, and even everyday tasks can feel like a chore.

Feeling like youโ€™re struggling to keep up, even after resting? It may be time to slow down and pause and to take care of yourself.

๐Ÿ’™ Remember, you donโ€™t have to push through everything alone. Give yourself permission to rest, reach out to someone you trust, and seek professional support if you need it.

This post is for general awareness only. If you are feeling overwhelmed, please reach out to the professionals for help.
