An overview of the game mechanics in the economic strategy game YieldOut
Tech Directions, Development Areas, and Strategic Units
Players are talented entrepreneurs who develop tech directions such as FinTech, EdTech, AI, Web3 & Blockchain, and many others (even SpaceTech and 6G!).
A tech direction is like a project or startup, but in a simplified form.
Each direction has key development areas:
- Marketing and Sales
- Research and Development (R&D)
- Technology and Product Development
- Infrastructure Management
- HR Management and Training
- Finance and Analytics
- Sustainable Development
- Customer Service
- Risk and Crisis Management
Entrepreneurs craft their unique economic strategies by investing Strategic Units (SU) into each of these areas, creating unique combinations and exploring their impact on the tech direction’s growth. (Competition affects strategy efficiency, so stay sharp!)
SU are your resources for success. Invest them wisely to outpace competitors! You start with 11 SU per day, and this limit can be increased.
Rating, Popularity, and Income (credits, Telegram Gifts and TON)
The more effective your strategy, the faster your direction’s popularity and income grow, which also boosts the entrepreneur’s rating.
Entrepreneurs and their directions (once converted into unique collectible NFTs) compete on leaderboards, ranked by rating and popularity. At launch, the game will feature two leaderboards—one for entrepreneurs and one for their directions. Later, we’ll introduce competitive mechanics based on income, popularity growth, and rating, as well as team mechanics, synergy, and GameFI elements.
Directions generate income (credits) from the start, which can be spent on increasing SU limits, unlocking new tech directions, and more.
The most successful entrepreneurs will receive Telegram gifts and TON as rewards for their achievements!
With future updates, the project’s own token will also enter circulation.
