Small update
We changed our hosting provider in Romania for VPN servers. Now our servers are located in Iasi, instead of Bucharest. Uptime and performance are better than before. No need to download new configuration files. Give it a try and let us know what you think!
Also, we've got some new stealth proxy servers up and running in the Netherlands. Please note that only VMess (WS+TLS) and VLESS (WS+TLS) are available at this location.

We have recently received reports indicating that the Russian government has initiated the blocking of OpenVPN protocol, both UDP and TCP.
You might be able to connect, but the connection will drop within 1-2 seconds. Notice that some mobile operators/ISPs are still not blocking it, but the situation might change quickly.
If you are affected, please switch to WireGuard and remember to read our blog post about stealth proxies https://blog.xeovo.com/new-locations-and-important-stealth-proxy-update/
As long as WireGuard remains working, we don't recommend switching to stealth proxies.

The Russian government is now blocking both WireGuard and OpenVPN protocols (this might be a temporary block).
Now it is time to switch to our stealth proxies. To get started read our step-by-step guides. We recommend starting with Shadowsocks https://xeovo.com/guides/
Notice that newly generated configuration files for stealth proxies will start working after 5-10 minutes due to high demand.
We will focus on improving stealth proxies, so expect more available countries, features and updated guides in the upcoming days.
Feel free to contact our support if you have problems or any questions.

Friendly reminder!
It seems like the Russian government decided to fully block WIreGuard and OpenVPN.
We once again remind you that for this occasion we have stealth proxies in place. Follow the guides and check our recommendations https://xeovo.com/guides
We will use this moment to answer some popular questions:
You don't need more than one key for proxies. You can use 5 connections at the same time. Does not matter which protocols you use.
No. You have to use stealth proxies as a standalone solution.
No. WireGuard and OpenVPN are not designed to bypass DPI. It is easy to detect and block. We won't modify or change how the protocols work.
You need to modify browser network settings and select "Use system proxy". All browsers have different setups, but simply searching "proxy or network" will get you in the right place.
Only if you flash OpenWRT with special firmware. In short, we don't recommend it. You will also be required to modify the configuration file each time we change servers.
We don't know. Either way, this is a good moment to switch to stealth proxies and set them on all devices.
By using subscriptions you will get up-to-date servers in one click. Stealth proxy servers are changed more often compared to VPN servers.
Yes. Simply generate a key or open an existing one and select a country in the drop-down menu. Press OK and after that select the preferred protocol and press OK again.
You can read our latest blog about stealth proxy overhaul for more information https://blog.xeovo.com/stealth-proxy-overhaul/
If you have any questions or a hard time switching to stealth proxies please send us an email (support@xeovo.com) or submit a ticket.

We will use this moment to answer some popular questions:
1. Why can I generate only 3 proxy keys? Does this mean I can use only 3 devices?
You don't need more than one key for proxies. You can use 5 connections at the same time. Does not matter which protocols you use.
2. Is it possible to connect to WireGuard/OpenVPN via stealth proxy?
No. You have to use stealth proxies as a standalone solution.
3. Are you planning to make workarounds for WireGuard/OpenVPN, so they won't be detected?
No. WireGuard and OpenVPN are not designed to bypass DPI. It is easy to detect and block. We won't modify or change how the protocols work.
4. I have connected to stealth proxies, but the browser is not working.
You need to modify browser network settings and select "Use system proxy". All browsers have different setups, but simply searching "proxy or network" will get you in the right place.
5. Can I use stealth proxies on my router?
Only if you flash OpenWRT with special firmware. In short, we don't recommend it. You will also be required to modify the configuration file each time we change servers.
6. Is this block permanent or temporary?
We don't know. Either way, this is a good moment to switch to stealth proxies and set them on all devices.
7. Why should I use subscriptions instead of single configuration files?
By using subscriptions you will get up-to-date servers in one click. Stealth proxy servers are changed more often compared to VPN servers.
8. Can I still download a single configuration file for a specific country/protocol?
Yes. Simply generate a key or open an existing one and select a country in the drop-down menu. Press OK and after that select the preferred protocol and press OK again.
9. I want to learn more about stealth proxies.

Tomorrow, we’ll be performing a major system upgrade to improve the speed and quality of our services. We expect around 2-3 hours of partial downtime (13:00 UTC). During this time, you won’t be able to generate or download configuration files.
This upgrade might also temporarily affect VPN and proxy servers.
Thank you for your patience!

As of yesterday, home ISPs in Russia have begun blocking WireGuard and OpenVPN protocols. This makes most VPN connections from Russia unusable. We strongly recommend switching to stealth proxies while they remain available.
Some common questions and answers regarding stealth proxies:
You only need one key. It supports up to 5 simultaneous connections.
No, the update was successful. The timing is just unfortunate. Only the VLESS protocol was impacted.
We've temporarily disabled VLESS due to the recent update and are actively working on a fix. The fix might take longer than we expected. As temporary solution you can switch to VMess or Trojan.

We recommend enabling automatic subscription updates in your client. Most clients support this feature, and we suggest setting automatic updates every 12 hours.
